酒店裝修風格獨特，幾何線條，勾勒硬質工業風，牆壁飾物，閃亮璀璨靚麗。房間遙控都是平板，開電視，開窗簾，關燈等事情都是用平板。每個窗户下面有進風口，配獨立開關。頭一晚開啟有異響，以為是老鼠。但是房間非常乾淨，後來找來服務員才搞明白。衹是温度太高，無法調低。沒有人機對講比較遺憾。大大的浴缸很乾凈。早餐豐富，中西餐日料齊全。酒店外面的燈飾也很美，網紅打卡點。還有也老闆收集或仿製的古代磚瓦，畫面精美，值得一看。總體性價比很高。值得推薦。

Đúng như câu nói “Xa, gần, cuối tuần hãy đến Hà Bắc” nên chiều 15/1 âm lịch, tôi bắt đầu chuyến du lịch chóng vánh cùng người yêu. Lần này tôi chọn khách sạn Fuchen ở. Yến Kiều, Hà Bắc. Giá của một khách sạn năm sao vào cuối tuần chỉ có 428 nhân dân tệ (bao gồm bữa sáng và vé trải nghiệm suối nước nóng). Đây thực sự là một bông hoa hái ra tiền ở Bắc Kinh. Phòng khách sạn được trang bị đầy đủ, rộng rãi và sáng sủa, có 2 giường lớn và rất thoải mái. Nó còn được trang bị bồn tắm và trái cây chào đón, điều này càng cảm động hơn. Đồng thời, khách sạn được trang bị bãi đậu xe rộng rãi miễn phí và khu nghỉ dưỡng suối nước nóng (khoảng 3 phút đi bộ), thực sự là một nơi tốt để nghỉ dưỡng tại khách sạn. Nói chung, đây là một khách sạn năm sao được đánh giá cao. Ngoại trừ bữa sáng hơi thất vọng một chút thì không có gì sai cả.

瑞閣温泉酒店已經入住很多次了，整體體驗還是非常好，位置便利，自駕過來很方便，由北京過來下了高速就到。 房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，私湯温泉水質很不錯，泡完特別解乏。 酒店環境安靜雅緻，前台劉影小姐姐服務特別熱情周到，看我們有個80多歲的長者，特別親自駕駛電動車把我們送到房間，各種關懷備至讓我們倍感温暖。 酒店配套設施也非常齊全，很適合放鬆休閑。早餐種類豐富，味道也很在線，性價比很高。無論是家庭出遊還是週末短途度假都很合適，是京郊泡温泉的好選擇，整體非常滿意，特別推薦大家來體驗。

Phòng ổn, môi trường đặc biệt tốt, gói giá trị tốt, phục vụ rất lịch sự, bữa sáng không ngon như mong đợi, nhưng không sao, phòng tập thể dục tốt, nhiệt độ nước trong hồ bơi trẻ em hơi thấp, hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, nhưng không sao. Ban đầu mọi thứ đều khá tốt, nhưng sáng hôm sau bị mất điện sẽ hủy tất cả ấn tượng: thang máy bị hỏng, hành lý đi bộ xuống, không có ánh sáng, không có mạng không dây, và không có nước trong nhà vệ sinh! Không thể đi vệ sinh! Bao gồm nhà Bữa trưa tự chọn rõ ràng là hạng vì tai nạn bất ngờ này, món ăn thiếu, đầu bếp thậm chí cần nấu nướng tối, tất nhiên các loại tấm tấm không thể nấu được, thậm chí mì nấu rất chậm, và tôi chỉ có thể là Nhân viên phục vụ không có vấn đề gì, các quản lý cũng rất lo, vấn đề là cơ sở hoặc quản lý trên lầu: trong một khách sạn như Hilton không có điện phụ trợ hoặc máy điện? In principle ok to stay, but after seeing the wc at the lobby, quite dirty, specially after closing the door… The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
