A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space. Boulder is voted the best town in the US to live in, known for being eco-friendly with excellent mountain biking and hiking trails in the foothills of the mountains with open space surrounding the town. Boulder has great shopping, excellent restaurants, a lively college town feel, no matter what time of year, it is an excellent location to visit. Our home is close to CU Campus and a short drive to the Boulder Pearl Street Mall. The home is a 40 minutes to great skiing at Eldora Ski Area.
