Gần đây tôi đã nghỉ tại Khách sạn Thon Polar ở Tromsø và nhìn chung đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời! Tọa lạc tại trung tâm thành phố, khách sạn gần bến xe buýt sân bay, xung quanh là các nhà hàng và cửa hàng tiện lợi, và chỉ cần đi bộ là đến nhiều điểm tham quan, chẳng hạn như Bảo tàng Aurora và bến du thuyền—một vị trí rất thuận tiện. The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

Khách sạn này nằm n*** bờ sông, n*** trung tâm thành phố. Giá phòng rất hợp lý! Trà chiều, tiệc buffet tối, bữa sáng và trà/cà phê miễn phí cả ngày đã bao gồm trong giá phòng. Có phòng xông hơi khô trên tầng 5 cùng với một phòng tập thể dục nhỏ. Có bồn sục jacuzzi với một khoản phí nhỏ. Xe buýt số 42 từ sân bay dừng n*** phía sau khách sạn nên chỉ mất chưa đầy một phút đi bộ đến quầy lễ tân. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ và khá rộng rãi. Giá phòng tốt nhất trong thành phố! Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location- right in the heart of Tromso so you can get around super easily. The hotel was lovely- it had everything you wanted and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.
