The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

The hotel is located just across from Lille Europe train station. It is perfect for overnight stay to catch early morning train. During the stay, the gym was broken, which was not a good sign. In addition, although the room is quite comfortable and clean, the quality of the bathroom can be improved.

位置很好，但衛生不太好。一進房就有蚊，之後還發現有蜘蛛😢浴室設計十分奇怪，沒有任何浴屏及浴簾不是幹濕分離。已在trip .com　平台訂了很多酒店，是體驗最差的一間。加上連續兩間酒店平台也沒有按照預定remark通知酒店要開梳化床，酒店根本沒有預備，幸好酒店還算動作快，只耽誤了約15分鐘時間，看似小事但體驗感是真的差。

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!
