Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters.

spacious, has fully equipped kitchen, but no hoover, with warning that one shall not produce smoke/steam, as the detector is directly connected to the fire station, and warms about fine it would cause.
Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise fine 50 euro.
Cleaning team needs better briefing and communication. Room door was opened by cleaning staff twice before check out time.
Free tea and coffee available at nice lobby lounge.

TTài khoản kháchNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

LLars Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training.
I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

TTài khoản kháchLocation is superb, just across the train station and convenient to walk around the square where actions are happening on Saturday night. Breakfast spread is good, room is decent size with minimalist decor. Front desk was kind to loan me a universal adapter.

I had Cesar Salad with chicken which was very small salad was also bad mostly Lettuce struggle to find croutons and Parmesan
Wife had Ham sausage with sauce that tasted like tomato sauce with curry powder
Do your self a favour have dinner elsewhere

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish
