前台服務非常好非常熱情，給升級了房間，臨走時還給贈送水和零食，酒店是新開業不久的，有健身房烘乾一體的洗衣機，房間裏有冰箱設施一應俱全，非常方便，交通便利，周邊有些小吃和飯店，體驗感真的超棒！推薦給朋友們。

The hotel is new, we had 2 bookings. My collague doesn't like Asian food or sea food, but even he could find many things to eat for breakfast. We liked the hotel very much

I come to China very often. I travel a lot and stay many hotels before. But there is one reception lady atitude is not service oriented and should not be at the front desk. I should take a picture of her name badge next time and let the guest know that get away from her. Other than that I am satisfied with this hotel.

無棣（di）縣，是回京路過的一個縣，不是很大，不過作為一個山東的縣也還是挺有特色的。天色已晚，就搜到這家酒店，看起來還是不錯的。下榻後，總體感覺也是很不錯，很難想到縣裡且不是旅遊勝地會有這麼好的酒店，從硬件來説高端大氣，房間設計合理，床品很舒適，可以看出從裝修到軟裝都是用了心的。第二天由於前一天降温把熱水管道凍壞了導致早起沒有熱水洗澡，前台的小姑娘及時處理，而且處理得當，尤其小郭非常細心，用心，及時解決問題，讓我非常感動，可見酒店軟硬件都很過關，贊一個！

房型：我們選擇的是大床房，前台給我們免費升級了2.4的大床，非常驚喜 入住羣體：家庭 推薦：我們是帶着孩子趁着這幾天有時間選擇周邊遊，去濟南玩，上次在濟南因為前台態度不好，非常生氣，這次入住直接選擇周邊居住。漢卓酒店可以説是偶然看到，評分不差，就抱着試一試的心態 設施：設備設施齊全，好多酒店都沒有潤膚露，這家酒店竟然有潤膚露提供 衞生：對於酒店，我衹有一點要求，無異味，酒店房間內香薰清香宜人 環境：外圍綠植佔比很大，周邊配套設施齊全，我是愛健身，他們酒店有健身房離體育館很近（這還是前台小妹妹推薦的喲） 服務：前台李紫妍態度特別特別好，走時候想謝謝她推薦的小吃和遊玩地方，結果沒上班，有點小失望，不過還是要特別表揚李紫妍小美女，人長的好看服務好
