I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Khách sạn nằm gần ga Zurich Altstetten, có thể đến bằng tàu S-Bahn từ Zurich HB. Một số tuyến tàu chính cũng dừng ở đây. Khách sạn mới theo tiêu chuẩn châu Âu. Nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự và nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc ổn, tuy nhiên điều hòa/thông gió không đủ tốt. Nhìn chung trải nghiệm khá tốt.

Ở tốt nhưng gối không tốt. Quá mềm và chỉ có một. Đề nghị 2 và vững chắc hơn một chút. Trạm dừng xe điện n*** bên ngoài khách sạn. Rât thuận tiện. Gần ga. Khu vực quầy bar đẹp và có thể ngồi ngoài trời nắng. Nơi có thể lưu trữ túi của chúng tôi đắt tiền một chút nhưng đối với Zürich thì điều đó được mong đợi. Ngôn ngữ chính là tiếng Đức nhưng tất cả họ đều có thể nói được tiếng Anh. Đã cải tạo nên khá hiện đại với khu vực tiếp tân đẹp

Only about a 20 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We arrived an hour early and they allowed us to check in early seeing as they just cleaned the room. Business Room was bigger than expected and very modern. Luggage storage after check out was very helpful. Customer service was excellent. Would have liked having a kettle in the room.

Phòng hơi nhỏ cho 4 người lớn. Nhưng giường trong phòng ngủ và giường sofa trong phòng khách rất thoải mái. Máy điều hòa không hoạt động/nhiệt độ được cố định quá cao so với sở thích của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi thích bữa sáng. Nhân viên lễ tân trông giống người châu Á rất hữu ích. Nhìn chung, đây là một kỳ nghỉ tốt và đáng nhớ.
