We love the location. It’s closed to University of Pittsburgh where we visited. There are many restaurants along the road nearby. You need to pay for a parking about $22 per day. The parking is just right across with the hotel. The room is decent. There is small kitchenette in the room if anyone wants to cook an easy meal. . I hope the room will be cleaner. The pillow is too soft and thin. It makes our sleeping uncomfortably.

Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car.

The hotel is clean and the building is newer compared to many other hotels in Pittsburgh, which makes for a more comfortable experience. Breakfast is provided free of charge, with scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and some type of potatoes. Also, a variety of drinks and fruit. Highly recommend.

房間面積很大，衞生間面積也非常大，適合親子出行。酒店2樓設有laundry，非常適合需要在此住一段時間的客人，我們是12月來的，外面氣温很低，但房間暖氣充足，熱水很好。接受外賣送餐，對不想出去吃飯的客户很友好。周邊公交方便，有多條線路。不遠就有一個target 超市，為購物提供方便。酒店不提供拖鞋，不過這好像是美國酒店的常態。日常打掃看心情，我們住了5個晚上，衹提供了一次的房間衞生，不過前台很nice ，態度熱情，服務周到。如果對每日衞生要求不是特別高的，完全適合在此居住。

酒店非常乾淨舒適，衞浴裝修簡潔典雅，到處都乾乾淨淨的。衞生間與淋浴房分別獨立空間，方便，還有一個儲物間。有小的書桌、沙發空間，連續住幾天都不會感覺擁擠，很不錯，二天打掃一次房間，很好。前台姑娘小夥都很nice,早餐不錯，美式自助。

After a hard day of travelling, I did not appreciate the check in technology providing obstacles like not accepting confirmation numbers or forcing me to jump through hoops like providing license photos when all I wanted to do was to lie down. While the room itself was satisfactory, the heating system would not respond to commands so it was often too cold in the room. I would have appreciated extra packets of creamers left in the concierge closet, as well. I think, for me, in the future I will prefer a full service hotel.

覆住同一品牌下不同城市酒店，今天這家前台很熱情，一家五口出行夠住，房間衞生乾淨整潔、水量很大，位置出行方便，服務熱情，這家給我們家整體體驗很好👍

一室一廳，配有冰箱和整套廚具，空間寬大，乾淨整潔。早餐豐富，餐廳大，也可室外用餐。酒店位置絕佳，靠河，散步佳，周邊各式餐館很多。 缺點: 入住三晚衹打掃了一次房間。辦理入住手續的前台服務態度不佳，遞上護照竟然不接，反而要我自己翻開首頁端着給她看。
