If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very quiet and very well kept. Our suite was very nice and large. It had everything we needed. The front desk were very responsive and friendly.

Everything was great! Friendly helpful staff and waiters. Food was also excellent. I always enjoy my stay there because of the consistent good service.

位於機場南側不遠的地方，周邊配套不多，衹有零星幾家，賽百味在對面，當地朋友説這裏的治安不太好，建議我們換地方。於是訂了5天的房費也放棄了，換了其他地方。 酒店硬件其實不錯，房間也還比較新，有咖啡機和微波爐。 前台是黑人大媽，態度一般。

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Cảm nhận chung là khá ổn, vị trí rất gần sân bay, mình thấy khu vực xung quanh tương đối an toàn, mình thuê xe tự đi nhưng khách sạn nên có xe đưa đón, bên cạnh có ít đồ ăn, nhưng đồ ăn trong khách

Our 1st UBER pick up have issue locating this hotel, after waited for 25min, she decided to cancel our order. The main thing we love about this place is the warm of the receptionist that make us felt welcome.
