Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

The reception team Marcus and Alondra are really friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable during the stay.

El personal de recepción come no que de las dos habitaciones que reservamos solo le aparecía pago de una. Trip me cobró las dos, me puse en contacto con el chat y me atendieron dándome dos números de reserva. La persona del hotel cometí que no era su problema y que no habia disponibilidad . Finalmente al ver las comunicaciones con el chat el recepcionista accedió a dar las habitaciones pero dejando la tarjeta como garantía y sobre la tarifa que tenía en ese momento (mucho más alta de lo contratado por la alta ocupación) comentando que si en la mañana no estaba el pago de Trip ellos procederían al cargo por el importe garantizado. Se entiende que hay errores o detalles en los sistemas pero la actitud de la persona fue descortés. No recomiendo este hotel por el servicio de recepción

Very Good, just an advice and is that you coulld leave at least two water bottles in the room.

Todo muy bien solo puntos a mejorar, el elevador ya es muy viejo y la alberca no está climatizada. En la fecha de estancia hacía casi imposible estar dentro y disfrutar del agua. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Parece que están recién remodeladas y funciona todo muy bien.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was very good. The gentleman who was serving me during breakfast was amazing and very attentive. The pool was nice, and I really liked the overall look of the hotel — it has a lot of history and charm. What I did not like: the condition of the carpet, which had dark spots in several areas. Also, the TV was positioned on the side of the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable to watch.
