Quiet location in a small alley, within walking distance to Kwan Phayao and a nearby 7-Eleven. Excellent service. No elevator and limited parking (2 spaces), but only 3 rooms in total. Great for families.

พักมาหลายครั้งแล้วค่ะ แต่ครั้งนี้ทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวังมากๆค่ะ request qiet room แต่ข้างห้องคุยกันเสียงดังถึงเกือบตี2 โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ไปตอนเที่ยงคืนกว่าๆ ก็จัดการได้ไม่ประทับใจ ยังคุยกันยังมีร้องเพลงต่ออีก จนถึงตี1ครึ่ง ซึ่งถ้าไม่ขอเปลี่ยนห้องก็คงไม่ได้นอน เข้าใจว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ก็คงทำอะไรมากไม่ได้กับลูกค้าที่เสียงดัง แต่ถ้าไม่ถามว่าเปลี่ยนห้องได้ไหมก็คงต้องทนฟังเสียงแล้วนอนไม่หลับ พอตอนจะเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานไม่มีพูดไม่รับผิดชอบอะไรเลยแม้แต่ยกกระเป๋า ยื่นคีย์การ์ดให้แล้วเดินกลับเลย ถ้าไม่บอกให้เอาขึ้นมาให้ก็คือต้องลงไปรับคีย์การ์ดเองที่เค้าเตอร์ คาดหวังว่าจะทำให้ความโมโหจากการไม่ได้นอนลดไปบ้างจากการบริการที่ดี แต่ไม่ประทับใจขึ้นไปใหญ่ค่ะ

Nice inexpensive hotel close to bus station and lake. Very clean and everything works. Lake views from upper floors. Included Breakfast is basic Thai style but you can order eggs and there is toast & jam if you’re not into Thai breakfasts

Well priced hotel. Checking in was a breeze. Staff can speak English. Very helpful in assisting me with various queries. My room on the 10th floor was large and spacious with a partial view of the nearby lake. Bathroom had an actual bath and shower, which you don't see that often in Asia. Location is pretty central with nearby shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Not too far from the few touristy places. Secure off-street parking. Buffet breakfast was included in the price. Poached eggs, sausages, fried rice, toast, jam, juice etc.
