What a lovely little hotel. I was attracted to booking it from the reviews of previous guests. As an older woman and always a solo traveller I don't like big chains/hotels so I was specifically looking for a boutique style. As soon as you walk through the door, a big smile is waiting for you. The only let down for me was that I specifically requested a room with a nice view as I'm an artist and had come here to paint. Unfortunately my view from the 1st floor was of the side street and neighbouring villas so I was disappointed in that. However i walked to Olhos De Agua (20 mins at least) and got a taxi to Albufiera (5 euros) and took my paints with me. I didn't use the pool as it looked in the shade. The bed was amazing, huge, nice pillows and linen. Kettle and coffee machine but no milk. Bathroom was a bit of a let down as the shower gel dispenser was broken so I had to use the shampoo for everything and on the spare toilet roll there was excrement from the previous guest maybe? The only suggestion I have would be a full length mirror.

The amenities closes by 7pm, apartment has no washing machine or dryer. The boiler has mould…… as for the heater to be switched on, the controller is spoiled and require physical engineer/ staff to assist.. good as it’s convenient for parking, I have a car with me. Overall great view :)

Stayed here for a short break to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing the room was lacking was a kettle (do they not know us brits love a cuppa!?!?). We asked reception, and the following day there was a kettle in our room. A nice touch was on my wife’s birthday there was a knock at the door and we were given a bottle of sparking wine ☺️ Overall, a good hotel in a great location.

The hotel is ok, the room number/blocks designation is a bit confusing though… It’s not in a bad spot for the new strip, and is flanked by plenty of restaurants etc… Big plus is the air con, pool area is just ok for how many rooms they have, no where near enough places to sit

Very nice place, however there was no dishwashing soap to clean cups, plates, pots, knives and forks. Also the air conditioner did not work as a heater when in that mode. It would only blow cold air and the apartment was always damp. Lastly the indoor heated pool and hot tub were not heated, the water was a little better than cold. You need hotter water. Other than those items it was a very nice and quiet place to stay.

Check in times are really strict. When I got to the apartment the owner said she does not have my booking even though it was confirmed. We waited an hour or two before someone let us in, but they were very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Whilst the apartment was perfect, clean and in a good location, the hosts were terrible.
