TTài khoản kháchThe hotel was in a great location near Parque Kennedy. The room was exceptionally clean. A fridge and kettle provided, and the prices of the drinks in the mini bar extremely reasonable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was fine, with a limited selection, the omelette however was probably the best I'd had whilst in Peru. The owners were friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants.

The hotel has a great ambiance with lots of art pieces throughout the gardens and the rooms. Very nice ocean views and lots of spaces to relax and hang out (weather permitting) throughout the property. Breakfast was good too! The setting and the service definitely had a ”home” vibe to it!

GGalewinThe facilities in the room are very limited! Only one socket point at the corner of the room to charge our electronics. Lamp stand is too small with a tiny coffee table where I can literally place nothing else on it. Not much storage space!

MMechiThe hotel is incredible, the room was superb, extra comfy. The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!

The room was cozy with all the essentials — comfortable bed, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and professional, offering helpful advice about local transport and attractions.
Its location is convenient for exploring Lima, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The value for money here is excellent, especially considering the quality and service.

SS_KKWe stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores

However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown.
If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.

TTài khoản kháchI always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!
