環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

The dinner was really bad: -beef is fully cooked and texture is tough - cooked crab is smelly - grilled fish is hard and does not have taste Also, my room has 3 huge problems -the water in the shower area cause flood - there is a big spider found in the room. - air condition in living room is noisy The worst part is I sent my complaint to the hotel for 2 weeks, there are no respond.

Overall, the impression is positive, and we thank the staff for their care. However, the ryokan is quite old, and inside all the rooms there is a smell of age, which makes it not very pleasant to stay there. The Japanese food is very specific — it’s just my personal taste, but I couldn’t have breakfast or lunch there. Considering that this was the most expensive “hotel” during our 14-day trip around Japan, our expectations were a bit higher. In any case, we thank the staff for this unique experience.

We got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold. The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps. Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough. The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Such a great find! Calming ryokan in a peaceful part of the mountain. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating of us as tourists who didn’t speak Japanese. Every meal was delicious and the staff took time to tell us what each little dish was and even gave us some extra mini dishes to help us try different things. They were all delicious! The onsens were also very relaxing and had everything you could need. My boyfriend and I booked the private onsen our last night and looking out over the mountain at night when it was raining was a great experience. We got the Japanese style room and it was very spacious and the tatami floors were very comfortable. View over the mountains was also terrific. The ryokan shuttle took us to the nearest two train stations (Gora or Sounzan) in the morning when we requested and picked us up at the end of the day so it was very convenient getting to the ryokan even without a car. Highly recommend this stay!!

Có một nhà vệ sinh riêng ở lối vào phòng theo phong cách Nhật Bản, nhưng không có phòng tắm vòi sen, vì vậy bạn phải xuống nhà tắm ở tầng dưới để tắm. Khu vực tắm tương đối sáng sủa, dầu gội và sữa tắm từ dầu ngựa dễ sử dụng, nước tắm đủ nóng, nhìn chung khá thoải mái. Vấn đề duy nhất là tốc độ gió của máy sấy tóc rất thấp và mất nhiều thời gian để thổi khô tóc. Không có dịch vụ nào cả, ngoại trừ việc hỗ trợ mang hành lý một lúc trong quá trình làm thủ tục nhận phòng. Không có dịch vụ dọn phòng trong thời gian nhận phòng và không có cửa ra vào khi trả phòng.
