персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

hotel tres bien placer nous y sommes aller pour le marcher e noel 2024 excellent emplacement plus besoin de prendre la voiture arriver la bas acceuil excellent j ai demander un lit double en commandant sur internet et cela c 'est realiser j ai apprecier merci encore . plateau d acceuil excellent !!!! nous avons dormi comme des bebe literie excellent ..... jy manquerais pas de faire decouvrir cette hotel a mes connaissance et familli meme si d apparence in paye pas de mine de dehors mais tout autre quand on y penetre

Отличный отель, удобное расположение и чистые номера. Иногда слышно соседей за стенкой, но тут как повезёт с соседями. Единственный вопрос к подушкам, очень странные, больше похожи на 2 блина.

Well located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

Starting with the good things, the price is good, location is excellent literally 20 m from the main area, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, it has onsite parking, and despite obvious limitations the room was clean. However the hotel is very tired and needs some major investment in regards to maintenance to bring it up to a decent standard, our room was small which wasn’t a problem but things like locks missing screws, the toilet push not fitted right, paintwork scuffed and chipped etc really let the place down. Unfortunately what didn’t help was a drunken guest trying to kick a door in at midnight added to the poor review, I realise that the hotel can’t select its guests but I suppose if you book a budget hotel you may get budget clientele
