We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

WOW! This hotel is amazing. This is totally worth the money that it costs! The breakfast was perfect! They even offer self-waffle machine. Incredible staff, very comfortable beds, new, refreshed rooms and again... That breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Hotel!

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Vào buổi tối và buổi chiều, thường có tiếng cãi vã giữa những người vô gia cư và những người say rượu. Mặc dù bản thân khách sạn rất tuyệt, nhưng môi trường xung quanh có thể hơi khó chịu... Nhân tiện, khách sạn không cung cấp ấm đun nước, dép đi trong nhà hoặc đồ vệ sinh cá nhân như bàn chải đánh răng, vì vậy hãy nhớ mang theo đồ của riêng bạn.

Phòng sạch sẽ và nhân viên rất thân thiện. Tôi yêu cầu nước nóng và họ cho tôi mượn nồi lẩu điện. Vị trí rất gần ga trung tâm và trạm xe buýt Lufthansa Express từ sân bay nên rất thuận tiện để đi ra khỏi thành phố hoặc đến sân bay vì nó khá gần trung tâm giao thông. Bến xe buýt cũng nằm trong phạm vi đi bộ. Phòng vẫn sử dụng chìa khóa riêng chứ không phải ổ khóa điện, nhưng bạn có thể gửi chìa khóa cho lễ tân và lấy lại khi quay lại. Có cả phòng giữ hành lý nữa.

酒店就在電車站隔壁，房間雖然小但是看得出是有歷史有經驗的酒店，前台、打掃服務都很到位。房間裏面有保險箱，單人房也有窗户，總體來説性價比高。走路去中央火車站也衹需要大約十五分鐘。附近有機場大巴點和DM超市。

The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.
