房間很乾凈很舒適，老闆娘服務超級熱情，兩個服務小姐姐服務也很周到。民宿不僅有接送站，去景區去吃飯也都免費接送，有什麼需要都能儘量滿足。老闆娘熱心幫忙規劃遊覽路線，讓我完美避開人流高峯，去龍宮還幫忙貨比三家約車。老闆娘還大晚上跑出去幫忙買葯，民宿裏零食飲料隨便吃，把孩子給開心地説下次還要來。煮的飯超好吃，比外面好吃，她自己煮牛肉火鍋必須嘗一嘗，湯底很好喝。在黃果樹的兩天因為非常愉快。真心強烈推薦！

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Tôi hiếm khi để lại đánh giá, nhưng khách sạn này thực sự tuyệt vời. Vị trí rất thuận tiện, cách khu thắng cảnh Hoàng Quốc Sóc khoảng 2 km. Phòng gia đình rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Ông ấy chỉ cho chúng tôi chỗ đậu xe trong khu thắng cảnh và cách lên kế hoạch tuyến đường, giải thích mọi thứ cẩn thận vào đêm hôm trước và sáng hôm sau để đảm bảo chúng tôi không bị lạc. Rất đáng giới thiệu! Chất lượng tốt và giá cả phải chăng – rất đáng giới thiệu! Các lựa chọn ăn uống cũng rất thuận tiện; có rất nhiều lựa chọn chỉ cách đó vài trăm mét!

這次入住雲垚民宿體驗超棒！位置就在黃果樹消防大隊附近，離景區很近。老闆是對年輕夫婦，對我們台胞特別熱情親切，讓人倍感溫暖。民宿不僅提供景區和美食街貼心接送，房間更是寬敞舒適、設計超美。最方便的是每層樓都有洗衣和烘衣機，對我們家庭遊客來說實在太貼心了！強烈推薦給來黃果樹旅遊的台灣鄉親，一定會像我一樣滿意！

體驗特別好的酒店。 很乾凈衞生。裝修很好很舒服。衞生間也是乾濕分離的。洗澡的時候沒有等放涼水，出來就是熱的，還可以旋鈕調節温度，很好用，水壓也很好。洗髮水是佛手柑味道的，很好聞。整體體驗非常好。前台小姐姐很耐心，問了順風車問題都耐心解答。餐廳嬢嬢都很熱情啊，我早上去的時候，一直問我要不要吃粉，要煮給我吃，不過我戴着牙套不方便吃。看着是非常好的。非常推薦

Very nice home stay. Personal very dedicated to receive and ensure great stay. Good local breakfast. The room was awesome, very clean and very modern. They drove us to the waterfall entrance and came to fetch us at the end of the day.

Basic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

酒店房間太温馨了，床上還有可愛的鴨鴨毛絨玩具，裝修風格是我喜歡的感覺，而且老闆娘服務態度很好，賓至如歸，有一種回家的感覺，這兩天剛好碰上婚宴，非常熱鬧喜慶，我體驗了一把在貴州吃酒席的歡樂體驗，豐盛美味，熱情好客，感恩遇見，感恩暖幢酒店的貼心服務，真心有點捨不得離開了，以後有機會一定還會再來入住🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Loved the location! There are so many small shops nearby to grab food or buy clothes. It’s also not far from Huangguoshu! I wish I knew about this hotel earlier, but I found it right after. If you order delivery food, it’ll arrive super fast! The service is great! My baby has a virus and he kept vomiting. An Ayi came to give the bed new sheets (around 2am) Need to improve: - add more variety for breakfast. As a foreigner, I don’t need several dishes for breakfast - cleaning the windows and window seal of a house
