I absolutely loved my stay here! I was upgraded to a lovely super big room overlooking the pool garden! It really had everything, and I mean everything. A big comfortable bed, a couch with a projector and a TV (I didn't use either, but they were there), a fridge filled with water bottles and a ton of amenities (even mouthwash - bigger hotel chains didn't even offer that). The shower and toilet are separated, so no wet floor either. Nice balcony. There was no smoke smell whatsoever and smoking is forbidden in all rooms. The whole team was super nice! There's a shuttle to the beach, that is really convenient (you can message them up to 10 p.m. and they come pick you up). 艾伦even went to show me some food options in the village and later picked me up from there. 谢谢艾伦! There was also a delicious breakfast. And the pool is perfect for a quick swim :) The whole vibe of the house was nice and I would definitely stay again.

欣欣 literally carried my entire experience in this trip. Let's start off with the positives ✅, 1. Architecture and design of the hotel is absolutely superb, looks really glamourous and chill, this outlay cannot go wrong with anybody. 2. I have a little private pool I could lay back and enjoy the afternoon 3. You can attend a free session of singing bowl, I had a relaxing time meditating with the ladies. 4. Satisfied a lot of my needs, correcting their mistakes 5. The staff 欣欣 is literally the reason why I'm not giving the place a negative review. She is super attentive and helpful. Helped me dealt with the bad services from her younger colleagues. Bought me some local noodles and had a fulfilling chat with me for quite a while. Even gave me advice on how to plan for my upcoming trip better. Mature and responsible. The bad part I previously mentioned ❌: 1. After dropping me off at the beach, two guy staffs told me they were busy and can't pick me up. They told me to wait for an extra 20 minutes after I already did 15. Have to walk back on the pitch black road with dried feces and water puddles. 2. Aside from 欣欣 almost all staff I met smokes 🤢. When the two guys tried to make up for it they are blowing 3rd hand in the face, it stinks. 3. My bed was full of ants, but they gave me a free upgrade so that's not a problem.

My stay at Footprint Homestay was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its elegant design and the warm, attentive service. The staff were professional and considerate, handling check-in efficiently and answering all my questions with great patience, making me feel right at home. They even went extra mile to pick us at the ShenZhou Station which is approximately 3-4mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The location was also ideal, with convenient transportation links and close proximity to several tourist attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore or shop. The hotel also offers leisure facilities like a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Every moment spent at Footprint Homestay was comfortable and enjoyable, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was super clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Location: Lovely location right by the ocean but a bit far from any fun spots. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Wanning 日月 beach where there's a lot more fun activities. Services: Great service. The front desk manager TT was lovely and could speak great English thus making communication go smoothly. Amenities: Good but could be better. I think some of the rooms were not used for a long time. The first room I got smelled a bit musty. Also, don't expect new facilities this place looks like it's been around for a long time and it shows. Still, it's charming in all it's rustic glory. I would say the only downside to my stay is that there was no shuttle to the train station. Which is kind of a letdown given that this is a high-end resort. ***If you're a person of colour, I recommend maybe try the two hotels not far from this place. Le Meridien and The Westin I think. I didn't spot any other foreigner during my two days at this hotel until I went to 日月 for a walk and ran into a few of them。It turns out most foreigners stay at the Westin or Le Meridien thus maybe it won't feel too isolating opting for these two hotels rather than this one. All in all, it's a nice hotel to stay if you're on a budget.👍🥂
