Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

Located near Baotou East station. It’s in 东河区 which is an older part of the city, not in the city centre. It’s okay for me because I headed out of the city on most days and only went to 金街 which was nearby. Hotel was clean but had the smell of cigarette smoke.

這次和對象來包頭，選了東臨儷舍酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！房間是全屋智能，語音控制燈光和窗簾，氛圍感超棒。夢百合零壓床真的太舒服了，一覺睡到天亮，完全沒有疲憊感。衞生細節做得特別到位，連角落都乾乾淨淨的。前台小姐姐服務也很貼心，主動幫我們升級了房型，還送了小零食。地理位置也很方便，離火車站很近，出行超省心。下次來包頭還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給情侶們！

My family stayed there for six nights, and this hotel is conveniently located near key attractions. The Puyue hotel is centrally situated in Baotou’s Qingshan District, with short taxi rides to attractions in the Kundulun and Donghe districts. For those seeking a brief respite from the heat, easy access to the Baotou Olympic Ice and Snow Center for fun-filled indoor ski/snowboard activities (one of my favorites). The hotel offers fresh milk daily in rooms and leaves complementary fruit along with crackers after cleaning, adding thoughtful touches of convenience and care. This is an ideal choice for travelers looking for comfort, proximity to attractions, pleasant experience, and wonderful service from all staff members.

The hotel manager, Mr Hu is very helpful and provides great and useful information. His service level is a 5 star!! As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

The staff at the hotel has been the most hospitable and gracious staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The room was extremely clean and big. The area was serene and a nice break from the big city. The breakfast was well priced and had a nice variety of foods as well. One of the best hotels I have stayed in china

Có nhiều vòi sen nước nóng, TV, ấm đun nước, nệm rất thoải mái (đồng cỏ lạnh vào ban đêm) và cửa sổ kính suốt từ trần đến sàn với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp. Đặc biệt là đồng cỏ phía trước, cỏ rất tốt vào mùa hè (không cần bộ lọc để xem sân sau), có những ngọn núi ở đằng xa, và không xa ở Guleyan có ngựa và cừu, và những ngôi sao vào ban đêm dường như muốn rơi xuống, và chúng sẽ lại xuất hiện. Tốt nhất là bạn nên chuẩn bị một ít đồ ăn nhẹ khi đến (bữa sáng thì đơn giản).
