The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

Ưu điểm: Vị trí khách sạn chỉ cách ga tàu Geneva vài phút đi bộ. Xung quanh có khá nhiều nhà hàng và siêu thị tại ga tàu nên rất dễ dàng tìm mua đồ ăn. Thiết kế phòng hiện đại và nước vòi sen đủ mạnh để tắm thoải mái. Bồn rửa mặt nằm ngoài nhà vệ sinh, giúp dễ dàng lấy nước khi nhà vệ sinh đang có người sử dụng. Nhược điểm: Mặc dù thiết kế phòng hiện đại nhưng tivi trong phòng lại nhỏ nhất (chỉ khoảng 20 inch) và cũ nhất. Phòng hơi nhỏ, chỉ đủ cho 2 người lớn với 2 hành lý cỡ trung bình. Khả năng cách âm kém và chúng tôi có thể nghe rõ tiếng ồn từ đường phố vì phòng ở tầng 2. Với mức giá này, tôi vẫn sẽ chọn khách sạn này nếu có dịp quay lại Geneva.

Great location to stay in Geneva as it is easily walkable from train station and also within the town for shopping and dining. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff are nice and friendly. Room is very good; clean and big. The location is the best as it's just a few minutes walk to bus station and 5-10 mins walk to train staion. Highly recommended.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.

Excellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre. Staff- friendly and efficient. Toiletries provided but no lotion available. Rooms clean and large enough. Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.
