Más céntrico imposible. Salías por la puerta y ya estabas en el mercadillo de Navidad (el otro está en la catedral a unos 300 mts). La atención -recepción y desayuno- exquisita. te hacen sentirte como en casa: un diez. La habitación confortable y moderna. El desayuno un poco caro como Suiza en general, pero está bien y desde las 6 de la mañana. A repetir si volvemos a Basel, sin duda. Gracias.

My first time at this hotel that was recommended to me by my fiends. This house has an interesting history - that’s why we came. We found the entrance by car only after circling the property but were greeted very friendly in the lobby. The first 30 min parking are free. There were 7 parking lots outside and more in a parking garage under the restaurant. Parking over night is CHF 22.. The hotel is quiet but located near the Spalentor. At the check in we got a tourist card to use all public transportation for free. There is a tea and coffee making facility in a nicely decorated room on the floor. For elderly guests the hotel should have in the shower a anti slip floor and bigger waste bins. The fan in the room helped against the heat. Breakfast was good.

Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Das Hotel ist z.Z. im Umbau. Manche Räume z.B. der Eingang/Essbereich sind provisorisch. Das ist in Ordnung, aber für den Zimmerpreis, der aufgerufen wird im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sportlich, da es nicht wie ein gehobenes Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel wirkt. Wir konnten unser Fenster auf dem Zimmer nicht öffnen und der Raum war extrem warm und stickig. Wir vermissten auch einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man erreicht mit der Tram direkt vor dem Hotel in wenigen Stationen das Zentrum. Das Frühstück war extrem hochwertig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Optimal war der Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel.

I come back and check in here again, the staff saw me have lots of big luggages so she choose the room which is infront the elevator for me! The room is nice and big and have coffee machine for you. Love most is the locations which is 100m. from the main station and tram just infront the hotel.

Comfortable room with fan provided. Hotel was a quick tram ride away from the main station. The pillows were very soft however; I was a solo traveller and able to take one more from the other bed, but others might not be able to do this.

Staff were friendly. I was offered a free bus pass for the duration of my stay, but I wasn't explained the other benefits straight away. Also, I was expecting tea/coffee facilities in my room, but I did not have any. Hotel situated close to station, so getting around was easy.

Pros: ✔ Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels. Cons: ❌ The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, it seems previous guests smoked everywhere, despite strict no-smoking policy. This was very unpleasant.

Hotel dostaliśmy ogólnie lepszy niż było na zdjęciach to było bardzo fajne. Był ciężki kontakt z właściciel hotelu bo nie dostaliśmy dostępnu do BaselCard. Pokój ogólnie bardzo czysty duży i jestem jak najbardziej zadowolony ale kontakt i fakt tego że o sztywnych godzinach można wejść i trzeba wyjść bez żadnych ustępstw nie jest najlepszy.
