Tôi vừa ở tại khách sạn Sandman Signature và không thể hài lòng hơn với trải nghiệm của mình. N*** từ khi tôi đến, nhân viên đã nồng nhiệt và chào đón, giúp việc nhận phòng trở nên dễ dàng. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt

Love the breakfast there! Complimentary coffee and tea all day long! Location is very good as there is public transport right outside of the hotel. Suitable for families or a weekend gate away as there is a very nice chocolate right outside of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location opposite the Citadel and near restaurants, tourist attractions, the waterfront, etc. The room was very clean and spacious . The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed the rooftop patio on Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!! This is the go to Hotel for staying at while out on a week long business trip. Can’t wait to come back next month.

真的沒住過這麼無語的酒店…一共住了六天 三個早晨都在響火警 無論是週末還是工作日 並且每次都是九點左右…這個火警能持續20分鐘 而且酒店沒有任何解釋 衹説是一個錯誤的火警 我就不相信六天之內能發生三次錯誤火警？？？酒店根本不在乎顧客的休息和睡眠一樣 每次響的時間都差不多而且都是隔一天響一次 跟故意似的 除此之外我還在Google reviews裏發現響火警是經常的並且都持續很長時間 所以能別訂這個酒店就別訂 房間特別小並且不是很安靜 週末樓下的酒吧持續到凌晨兩點左右 巨吵無比 每天晚上收20加幣作為按金

Great city with Hotel accommodation made for a great weekend! As a couple we spent our time visiting the city! Always like to use Trip.com for my bookings! Fast and easy and always saving $$! Will definitely continue to use this app for our bookings!

We have stayed here many times. Never any issues. I normally don’t take advantage of the breakfast until my last stay and they had great options

A little tired and outdated, restaurant staff excellent but not enough of them

Hotel is centrally located which is all it has going for it. It’s old and in desperate need of some updates. The pool seemed murky, tiles were broken around the pool, sauna didn’t work in either change room. The worst part was that one of the beds on our room smelled like urine. We called the front desk but couldn’t be moved as the hotel was booked. They brought fresh sheets and sprayed the bed, but you could still smell it. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. For the price you’d be better off staying somewhere else. We stayed in motels that were cleaner than this room.
