*位置，是優點也是劣勢。周圍很方便熱鬧，酒店成羣，緊鄰一個有沃爾瑪的mall.大大小小的餐廳不下10家，豐儉由人很方便。熊貓快餐很好的滿足中國胃。旁邊的主幹道是高速，大卡車，大貨車，風馳電掣的開過去，早晨5點多就被高速行駛的車輛聲音吵醒，感覺自己睡在馬路上了😭 *服務，不太盡如人意。第一晚住宿，洗手間的潤膚露是用剩的小半瓶，我就直接扔了。所以洗手枱上除了一塊小香皂什麼都沒有了。第二天打掃房間竟然啥都沒有補。並且沒有給新的浴室墊腳巾。 *設施，房間帶廚房？！對，有一個微波爐，一個洗手池，其他呢？並沒有更多！！床品很差，洗了很多水的床單被單被子都是舊舊的灰白，很起來就很廉價旅館的感覺。 *早餐，週中7-9點，廚師現場煎蛋外，有水果，酸奶，麪包，肉類，算是一應俱全了。 總之，下次不會住了，隔壁喜來登明顯好過這裏，快捷酒店和星級酒店的區別。

This is a fantastic place! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Plus, the environment is great! Btw, it’s close to the WEM.

We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus.

新開的酒店，離西埃德蒙頓商場很近，過條馬路就是，秀邊就有jollibee炸**，還是很方便的。但是服務很一般，洗手液沒了，前台説換的人要晚點上班，後來走了也沒人換。房間很大，還配有微波爐和大冰箱，這點很方便。房間窗簾拉不上，外面燈火在晚上還是蠻刺眼的。沒講中文的服務員，洗漱用品需另外收費的。

The  room and the staff were all good. A few minor issues such as the light beside the bed did not work and the air conditioning was set  for a bit too cold. I had to find a hotel staff member to find a  hand held remote control to turn it down. Was out a lot during the  2 day stay so over all was fine, the bed was comfortable, tv worked, room was clean, bathroom, etc.

Staff was friendly, the room was nice, even had a balcony. They are currently under construction so the pool wasnt available, didnt see anywhere that it wasnt when i booked the hotel room. Was one of the main reasons i had wanted to stay at this hotel. But other than that was a good stay.

Khách sạn không mới nhưng rất sạch sẽ, vệ sinh rất tốt, dịch vụ cũng tốt, có vấn đề về khóa cửa phòng trong thời gian lưu trú, khách sạn xử lý rất tốt và nhanh chóng đổi phòng cho chúng tôi

The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless.

Vị trí tốt, bên bờ sông ở trung tâm thành phố, rất gần Đại học Alberta, có bãi đỗ xe ngoài trời thu phí ở tầng dưới, nhà hàng và quán cà phê rất gần tầng dưới. Là một chuỗi khách sạn bình dân cũ, vẫn đáng tin cậy.

I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.
