Khách sạn đẹp, nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, không xa quảng trường Cộng hòa (10 đến 15 phút đi bộ). Bữa sáng ngon với nhiều lựa chọn. Phòng nhỏ nhưng được trang bị gần như đầy đủ các tiện nghi cần thiết như tủ lạnh, máy sưởi điện, máy sấy tóc, két an toàn, bàn ủi và bàn là. Ngoài ra, khách sạn còn cung cấp nước đóng chai miễn phí mỗi ngày.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, n*** gần đại lộ North Avenue. Đội ngũ nhân viên tận tâm, sẵn sàng cho tôi nhận phòng sớm vì phòng có sẵn chứ không yêu cầu phí nhận phòng sớm. Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tôi không dùng bữa sáng nhưng đã thử quán cà phê Terrace và rất tuyệt. Giá cả lại rẻ hơn 10% so với khách sạn North Avenue cách đó 20 mét.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Very nice hotel, for the price you get very professional and helpful staff, nice big rooms, all amenities you would need (even bathrobes) and a decent breakfast Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at—would return in a heartbeat! The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Special shout-out to Alexander at the front desk , who made our stay worthwhile. The lobby was elegant, with a refreshing scent and beautiful décor. Check-in was seamless. The room was just Immaculate—no dust, stains, or odors. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. I highly recommend

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Excellent budget hotel – highly recommended! Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated. We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding. The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes. The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!
