The living area is an open floor plan. With high ceilings. There is a large table for playing games and having large meals. Two bedrooms are equipped with 3 queen beds and a blowup mattress in closet. The first bedroom has a queen bed with the restroom across the hall. The second bedroom has two queen beds attached master bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs including crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, mixer , 3 cutting boards, lots of dishes, glasses- no plastic ,DISHWASHER, and more. There is a WASHER and DRYER inside the home. We have a very large carport that covers 4 vehicles. We have been grandfathered in so there is white light under the carport. There is no fencing to keep dogs in. But does have a dog run. We have lots of games and maps for your convenience. There are 4 walking sticks for hiking. Please leave them for the next quest. The coffee pot takes regular coffee grounds and filters. Enjoy the fireplace on cold evenings( firewood not included). There is a Dog bed for your dog. Lots of throw blankets. Thunder Mountain trailhead is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Chimney Rock Loop is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.Sugarloaf Trailhead is 4 minute drive.Please note that there is a guesthouse and a studio suite for 2 people on the back of the property that is also a vacation rental. They are completely separate and private from the main house and have their own parking spaces.Other details to note: -Mike or the property manager will be by on Sundays to take out the trash (trash day is Monday) and will return Monday to take in the trash barrel.- Mike or the property manager may be by to water the outdoor plants as needed.-During the winter months when the heating system turns on it may create a sound in the HVAC system in the ceiling. The sound is like a quick popping sound caused by the expansion and contraction of the metal in the HVAC system.
