The check in and check out service was quick, efficient. The room was clean and the shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Thank you.

The room and overall hotel is average at best. The best part was the waffles at breakfast and coffee available 24 hours/day. The room portion was clean from what the eye could see other than a hole in the wall by the AC unit that looked like someone had rolled off the bed or been pushed into the wall. No sign of repair, just covered by the curtain. As far as the bathroom goes, hair from the previous guest was still on the floor and black mildew was visible on the ceiling in the shower. Checkout is at 11:00am, yet housekeeping disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and knocked shortly before 10:00am. The cherry on top was our room keys being deactivated while we're loading our belongings up in our vehicle, also before 11:00am. When we went to the front desk to advise they had been deactivated before checkout time and we still needed to get in our room to verify we didn't leave anything behind, we were met with a snobby, passive aggressive response from the desk clerk on duty. Paired with everything else, her attitude and handling of the situation is what ultimately made our decision that we'll reserve at the Spark by Hilton located next door our next stay. 

Super hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, atenciosos. Café da manhã basico mas com opções suficientes. Quartos ponto negativo que é tudo carpete e vidros lacrados então fica com muita concentração de pó, ideal seria remover carpete. Cama um pouco ”cansada”. Ótima localização, próximo do comércio e muito próximo da Universal. Acredito ser a melhor opção da região por conta do café da manhã que faz diferença. Serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias no quarto.

Khách sạn có sẵn đá, rất tuyệt; chúng tôi dùng đá làm đồ uống. Tuy nhiên, vị nước đá hơi lạ, nên tôi đề nghị cải thiện. Trứng bác cho bữa sáng có quá nhiều nước, khiến trứng quá loãng và ảnh hưởng đến kết cấu. Cà phê bữa sáng rất ngon. Phòng rộng, nhưng áp lực nước trong vòi sen quá yếu.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ và gần phương tiện giao thông công cộng, nhưng bữa sáng rất tệ; không có đồ ăn. Dịch vụ ăn uống rất kém và nhân viên không nói được tiếng Anh. Tuy nhiên, nhìn chung phòng ốc rất tốt và vị trí thuận tiện cho giao thông công cộng.

I stayed here for less than 24 hours due to proximity to the airport so I didn’t get a full sense of hotel amenities (I had to leave for a flight before breakfast eg) but while I was there, both the WiFi and the TV didn’t work for me and I was too tired to solve the issues. The location was right off of a busy road so the road noise woke me up a couple times. Average experience for the price. Staff were friendly, it was a convenient place to stay.

It’s a good location to stay for Universal Studios. Because we don’t have to stay all day in the hotel. The hotel is just 6$ by uber to go to Universal Studios. Compare with the price is okay, don’t expect anything from them. Cleanliness is the worst, we can’t walk without shoes in the room but bed sheets and towels are okay. They have 24/7 front desk but you have to call them because staff is not there.

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
