Review for Rosa Garden Hotel: 5/5 Stars I had an amazing stay at Rosa Garden Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays. Room: My room was large, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The modern amenities were all top-notch, and the bed was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave! Staff: The service was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests. Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat. All in all, my stay was flawless. I had absolutely no issues, and everything exceeded my expectations. Rosa Garden Hotel is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again. been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

Tôi có đặt chỗ từ ngày 8 đến ngày 12 tháng 1 năm 2024. Tôi đến vào khoảng 3 giờ sáng. Tôi không thể đăng ký vì hệ thống báo tôi KHÔNG CÓ. Tôi được Lễ tân yêu cầu đợi đến 2 giờ chiều để chuẩn bị phòng và tôi phải trả tiền lại. Dịch vụ khách hàng của REDDOORZ đã xử lý vấn đề này rất tốt. Họ đã đăng ký cho tôi trong hệ thống và tôi có thể có phòng sau 15 phút nữa. Họ đã khôi phục đặt phòng ban đầu của tôi. Chỉ vô hiệu hóa ngày tôi không đến. Về căn phòng, bên trong có mùi bất thường. Có mùi như thịt đang thối rữa. Tôi không chắc nó ở trong điều hòa hay ở nơi nào khác như góc giường, ga trải giường, chăn bông hay có thể là trên trần nhà.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, bạn bè tôi rất vui khi được ở lại đây lần nữa, thuận tiện đến tất cả các đại sứ quán, gần công viên Rizal, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện.

The location is good. Its near to uncle John's and 7/11 which is very convenient. The place is clean I like the room its unusually cute. The wifi is great too. The lobby is well decorated. The staff and the front desk are polite. It was a great stay in total.

The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels. Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only. Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs. Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

If you’re looking for a place to dump and have a Good shower after being caught in the rain this will be the best option avail. Nothing special - dont expect too much for a cheap price to pay.

We are two people, so when booking the hotel we clearly saw that it was stated as a 1.5-meter queen bed, and we paid based on that information. However, after checking in, we found that the bed was only about 1.1 meters wide. It was simply impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. We went to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff only said that there were no other rooms available, and that the bed size was just like this. This is blatant consumer deception. We had no choice but to squeeze together and endure one night, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, both the sink faucet and the shower were broken. The hotel itself is clean, but the service is very poor. If there is no 1.5-meter bed, then it should not be advertised as such. If it is advertised, it should be honored. No one likes the feeling of being misled or deceived.
