The boss was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The place is beautifully arranged, especially the flowers and trees. Very interesting conversations with the boss, his wife, and the other guest. We strongly recommend.

酒店位置好找，樓下停車也算方便，工作人員服務態度很好有問必答，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨。不理解當時備註了兩個舒適雙床房要有窗户，沒想到一間房是和A4紙大小差不多的內窗，當時長者也沒説後來已經住下一會了也不好再麻煩服務員，攜程提示免費升級了房間，但貌似和自己定的是同一標準，不清楚這兩個問題是不是自己理解有問題。

Khách sạn Kuqa Smart Business có đội ngũ nhân viên rất thân thiện. Họ không nói tiếng Anh, nhưng rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi đã đặt hai loại phòng khác nhau và họ đã đảm bảo phòng hoàn hảo trước khi chúng tôi chuyển đến. Vị trí hơi xa các điểm tham quan trong thành phố, nhưng nếu đi bằng xe riêng, chúng tôi chỉ mất 30 phút lái xe đến Phố Cổ. Có một số nhà hàng và cửa hàng nhỏ gần đó, đáp ứng hầu hết nhu cầu của bạn. Nếu bạn lái xe điện, trạm sạc gần nhất có mức giá thấp nhất mà tôi từng thấy ở Trung Quốc!

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus. The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay.

兩房三床的房型對我們一家四口來説空間超寬敞，性價比簡直絕了！床鋪也非常乾淨柔軟，小院裏的葡萄架是最愛的角落，雖然葡萄還未成熟，現在一股酸味，但是看着掛滿枝頭已經很開心了，晚上坐在葡萄架下乘涼，聽着微風拂過枝葉，愜意得不想離開。在這裏，彷彿真的住進了維吾爾族人家，濃濃的民族風情撲面而來。對門和鄰家的維吾爾族老阿姨們超熱情，即便語言不通，她們臉上温暖的笑容、熱情的招呼，還有門口盛開的漂亮花朵。

Huake was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels. There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.
