Cơ sở vật chất và trang thiết bị tương đối đầy đủ, giường nằm dễ nằm và rất thoải mái. Điều kiện vệ sinh cũng tốt và sạch sẽ. Mặc dù nằm ở trung tâm thành phố mới nhưng về đêm vẫn tương đối yên tĩnh. Môi trường xung quanh cũng rất tốt, có đồ ăn ở khắp mọi nơi. Dịch vụ rất thân thiện. Chúng tôi thức dậy muộn vào buổi sáng và bỏ bữa sáng, vì vậy quầy lễ tân đã phục vụ cho chúng tôi một bữa sáng đơn giản. Tuy đơn giản nhưng lại rất chu đáo. Ban đầu chúng tôi trả phòng lúc hai giờ chiều, nhưng tàu cao tốc khởi hành lúc năm giờ. Người phụ nữ ở quầy lễ tân rất ân cần giúp chúng tôi trì hoãn việc trả phòng đến ba giờ sau một cuộc điện thoại. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều. Nếu cần thiết lần sau tôi sẽ chọn tiếp tục ở lại.

The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

Khách sạn rất gần sân bay Thiên Phủ. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và dịch vụ đón khách tại sân bay rất nhanh chóng. Chỗ nghỉ đẹp, sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Tôi thật may mắn khi được ở tại thị trấn nhỏ này. Dạo bước sáng sớm là lần đầu tiên tôi được biết đến cầu Cao Vân và cũng là lần đầu tiên tôi được thưởng thức mì Tứ Xuyên. Mì rất ngon và khiến tôi mê mẩn mì Thành Đô. Một bát mì có giá 7 tệ, và đối diện khách sạn có một quán mì nhỏ. Giá cả phải chăng, ngon miệng và giá cả phải chăng.
