Great location near the center! However, the WiFi wasn't working well and the room wasn't fully clean on arrival. Overall an okay stay as the price was quite low.

這次入住體驗很好，酒店就在步行街附近，出行遊玩特別方便。前台服務很貼心，態度好、有耐心，有問題都及時迴應。房間乾淨整潔，環境舒適，隔音也不錯，住得很安心，下次還會選擇這裏。

這次住得真的特別舒心。房間整體乾乾淨淨，打掃得很用心，看着就舒服。老闆人特別熱情，説話温和又周到，讓人一進來就覺得很親切。房間隔音也很好，晚上安安靜靜，能踏踏實實睡個好覺。衞生間同樣乾淨清爽，沒有一點異味，用着特別放心。 整體就是很温暖、很踏實的一次入住，下次來常德還會選這裏，離火車站也好近

A good stay for a day stop at Changde. The price was really good when I booked. All needed basic anemities are there and would be a great location if you planning to get to the Railway station (which is just infront of the hotel) the next day like me as there's an underground passage just right infront of the hotel. May be a little difficult to find the entrance but easy ti ask around. Dint get to see the receptionist though when we checked in but there's this lady nice enough to assist us.

房間還是不錯的，價格也不貴，位置也很方便，出門就是美食🤤，阿姨人也很不錯，本來是沒帶廁所的房間後面看我一個女孩子就安排了個有廁所的，阿姨人真的很好！

The window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required.
