We stayed for 2 night. The location was within 5 min walk to central business arena but it was quiet. The hotel was owned by a family with a cat. Our room was at the highest floor where we could see the whole complex of hotel; golden yellow ginko trees, dried golden maize & blessing lanterns hanging around. The room & facilities were clean & tidy. The hot water shower & toilet closet were quite modern & beyond our expectation. Should give much credits to them. The owner actively arranged a trip for us @0900 to a mountain to see the mist dissipating in sunlight. Quite amazing. We enjoyed 2 dinners @the hotel; the ginko chicken soup was so good. The hotel would always be our priority option.

Wonderfully helpful staff. They are really nice and go out of their way to help us any way they can. The room was spacious and beautiful especially considering the cost. It’s a no brainer stay again for me if I ever return

We got free upgrade to this room, which was very beautiful and spacious. The owner was helpful and the location was good, next to a local street market. The place is quiet with a lovely terrace filled with succulents.

We could see the effort of the hotel team to serve their guests very well, staff was attentive and accommodating. Kind of compact room but efficient, very clean with no bad odors, shower with great water pressure, we had a relaxing bath after a tiring trip, and had a good rest. Without a doubt, I would return to this hotel. I will mention 2 points that perhaps went unnoticed by those responsible, with the intention of contributing to getting even better and surely not as a criticism, even so because we were really satisfied with the hotel. 1. The bath towels had a little bit of bad odor, giving the impression that they are not washed professionally or at least washed with disinfectant products, also the white color of the towels already had somewhat grimy colors. 2. grout from the sink and shower box, had a little of mold, which can be removed using products such as bleach water when cleaning. Which all the best for the hotel team and thank you all

Only reason I gave a 4/5 for service was it took about 30 minutes to get registered as a foreign guest. Now I know it must not be common to deal with a foreigner here but a simple photo of the passport and figuring out the forms and paperwork on your own would be convenient. The room itself was across the street from the check in lobby, a bit small but did the job well. In the morning I dropped off the room key easily and walked just 10 minutes to get to the railway! Great hotel for budget travelers!
