There is a washing machine, but there is no laundry detergent... During my stay, I made a check-out request, which was rejected by the hotel, saying that I could check out, but there was no refund. I think this is unreasonable. The reason for the hotel was that I booked that they could not sell the rest, but the hotel sold the same type of room on the platform and threw a vacancy...
