The only one disappoin**ent was that there was no wifi. Other than that everything was OK. Clean , neat and tidy. Closer to the shops and restaurants. Location was quite good. Please sort out wifi connection .Bedding was cool. Beds were comfortable as well

Do not part with any money at St.Lucia Palms, Flamingo Flats and Perna Perna where I had the worst experience ever with false promises from Liska, Ansie and the rude GM, Erika. I enquired about accommodation on the 24th June 2023 for 11 people for 7th to 10th September 2023( 3 months in advance). I was told to pay 50% immediately to secure the booking which I did. Then i saw really bad reviews and contacted them as safety of our vehicles could not be guaranteed by St Lucia Palms( telephonic conversation with Liska ). I cancelled the booking on the 04th July 2023. I was refunded less 25% for handling fees almost 3 weeks later after many emails and phone calls and excuses ranging from load shedding to the owners being in Australia and no connectivity. The GM , Erika has zero customer service.

The place is very nice and the price is worth it. However there were very noisy people within premises. There should be some strict rules on noise. Besides the noise we enjoyed our stay and the entire experience.

Good quiet place with no crime, enjoyed the travel to the isimangaliso game park, it's an experience of a lifetime, i will go again this time with my kids so that they can enjoy the natural habitat of of the area

I would highly recommend St Lucia Palms to guests. A pleasant experience and very friendly and accommodating staff. The only downside was the prepaid air conditioner (never seen this before, luckily it was not that hot!) and the old facilities in the accommodation. A few upgrades would make it a perfect place to stay.

Our stay at St Lucia Palms was very pleasant. We received a warm welcome and were made to feel at home. Our apar**ent was clean and cozy. We were well protected from mosquitoes owing to the gauze on the windows. Our apar**ent was in easy walking distance of all the amenities. St Lucia is a quaint and very clean town.

The apar**ent was comfortable for an overnight stay. For a longer stay it would be quite cramped for 4 people and there was quite basic kitchen equipment e.g. although there is a microwave, there are absolutely no microwaveable cooking containers provided, only pots for stovetop use

We had a lovely stay! The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The wifi was a bit patchy but we weren't in our rooms enough for it to really be an issue. Friendly staff and within walking distance to the restaurants and pubs!

loved the location, the friendly and caring host, peaceful tranquil surroundings, safe and close to all the attractions, gates and sunset peer. no noise, a pleasure to stay and walk about. travel to other places of interest so close. thank u for an amazing place .
