This Hotel is well located. Front Desk & room services are amazing. Good choice of Breakfast buffet. Different type of restaurants inside the hotel. Indoor pool, spa is fully equipped. I must give this hotel 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect hotel

During check-in, I was informed that if I booked breakfast in advance, it would cost €22 per person, whereas the price would be €25 per person without prior reservation. Based on this information, I decided to reserve breakfast for the first day of my two-night stay at the rate of €22 per person. However, upon checking out, I noticed that I had been charged €25 instead. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff, Ms. FACO, and explained that I had booked breakfast at the €22 rate during check-in, she simply stated that there was no record of it and insisted that, according to hotel policy, I had to pay €25. While the difference is only €3 per person, if it is indeed Hilton Malta’s policy to make guests pay for the mistakes of their front desk staff, I will not be booking a stay here again. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the way Ms. FACO handled the situation—her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant. Aside from this issue, my stay was comfortable.

Second time stay in the Hilton St Julian’s Bay in Malta. The hotel is superb in every aspect. We chose an Executive Lounge access room as breakfast and evening canapés are excellent. The location is brilliant with hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool area is fantastic with an easy to use sunbed butler service for food and drinks.

Everything good but the coffee shop work people not kind

Prefect location in San Julian, breakfast is great, room is spacious and clean! Beautiful sunrise and sunset view from the hotel!!

The hotel washroom has lots of ants and the hotel staff cannot figure out where does it come from. The next room and upstairs made huge noises everyday by pulling furniture back and forth. The lift never works and I have to hand carry my luggage to check out after waited for more than 5 mins. The hotel wanted to charge me for 7-day parking while I don’t have a car. Despite I explained all the booking is prepaid and everytime I consume I was asked to pay immediately, the reception insisted that they needed to confirm with someone while I was running late due to the stupid lift and lengthy discussion already. Will never come back again.

The facility is well maintained despite it has some age. The staff is polite and friendly. Food is good especially it has a Thai restaurant in it and the Avenue which is very reasonably priced with lots of options. The sink in the bathroom is clogged so the water fades slow. During the day, the room upstairs may have furniture movement that creates quite a bit of noise. The surrounding district has lots of bars and therefore the streets are not super clean. But the location of the hotel is next to the sea and within hotel premise it’s very comfortable.

Nice location if one is looking for a seaside holiday. Quiet, peaceful with lovely views of the sea. If one is looking for a location that is easy to travel around, then staying at Valletta might be more convenient as the bus and main ferry terminal is situated there. However, if one is touring by car / taxi then the consideration where the bus terminal is would be less important. Filling breakfast (though it doesn’t vary very much from day to day) and serves its function of filling one up for the start of the day! Rooms are neat and tidy, some areas show wear and tear but does not affect the overall functionality of the room. Good and clean comfy beds. Excellent service by the hotel staff who made the stay enjoyable. We unfortunately had an accident with the sliding bathroom door but the hotel staff did their best to make the rest of our stay as worry-free as possible.

It's a bit disappointing that I couldn't open the door to the terrace from the hotel room. But all other aspects were satisfactory. The location, facilities, breakfast, and friendly staff made my stay here a good memory. This is a place I would like to stay again next time.

Trying to escape the festa of St Julian's we took a room facing the marina (thinking we'd avoid the pool screams and any other party noise). Unfortunately, marina king rooms are located right above jacuzzi rooms apparently frequented by families with small kids who enjoy a good splashing time morning or night. The loud persistent jacuzzi bubbling and the lack of sound isolation from the rooms below were definitely an unwelcome/major downside. Other bits that changed since the previous stays: The AC has a very delayed action - takes for it a while to turn on. The WIFI connection was bad (slow and irregular). The fridge door did not close/open properly. It seems that the hotel has changed the mattresses - they used to be more comfortable to sleep on (now on the harder side).

I had problems with harassing housekeepers and the double door room where a stalking and harassing person checked in during my last day of visit. The sea view from my window was picturesque.

all great, but please make your breakfast with bigger variety of food day to day. I was eating same things for 5 days, which is ok, but...
