I received a message before our arrival asking if we needed anything, which was very appreciated. When we checked in the gentleman was extremely helpful and offered suggestions for dinner. Upon check-out. He remembered why we were there and inquired as to how it went. Even though we were only there one day, it was a wonderful experience. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the continental breakfast was great.

Very nice room. Spacious, comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty good, but scrambled eggs were like the ones I used to get in the Army.

Staff and property were fantastic.
The area is downtown, so a little sketchy but no reflexion on the hotel. Felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. Well done!

It was great. We felt a little unsafe because of the people hanging around the 7-11 next door. Other than that it was perfect

Prior stay October great, this blanket dirty (had crusty thing stuck to it), floor sticky from cleaner I think, and continental instant eggs watery and slimy (needed less water and stirring). Facility is still nice however.

Nice, newer or newly remodeled building. Decent breakfast. Evening front desk agent was excellent.
Romm was as small as you can make it and not call it a closet. Day staffer spent most of the morning standing around talking to a relative (making an assumption since it was there doppelganger). Neighborhood was terrible. At least two shelters within a block.
Would be a good place to stay if located someplace else.

Loved the hotel itself. Very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. Location off of the highway was very convenient. Super nasty neighborhood though. Had to listen to the 7 Eleven loudspeakers and witnessed a big homeless fight at 4am.

Great price for a down town hotel. Very clean both inside and out, but the area itself I wouldn't walk around at night alone. Will definitely return.

Would not recommend this stay at all, very high transients and vehicle got vandalized
