I would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey. My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket. But if this hadn’t have happened we would not have any complaints.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

房型應該是全酒店最貴的，入住延遲到下午五點半，客房大床床墊塌陷一半 我有投訴酒店 但沒有及時換床墊，之後發現客房一樓推拉門鎖不能鎖門 當晚沒有修好 第二天上午來換鎖，再來咖啡杯沒有清洗乾淨 可以非常清晰的看見咖啡漬掛杯 客廳圓桌沒擦乾淨 上面黏膩的東西沾我電腦上很噁心 總的來説下次我不會再預訂這家酒店 失望

Parádní hotel se dvěmi bazény (jeden pro osoby 21+) a asi minutou chůze na pláž - Miami Beach. Snídaně formou bufetu, kdy nabídka by asi mohla být rozmanitější, ale celkově nadprůměr, když to srovnám s jinými hotely na východním pobřeží. Co bych určitě ještě vypíchnul je to, že poslední noc přestala jít v celém hotelu klimatizace, tak nám dali slevu na dvě noci, takže hezký přístup!

As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at all costs. Look at the low ranked reviews, they all make sense to me after staying. This property has us questioning if we would ever stay with this brand again. Amazing isn’t it, how one property can tarnish a brands reputation. We have been overcharged after checkout after settling the bill when leaving (unresolved at this point but will get to that later). The first room we checked into had air conditioning so loud you could not hear the TV. It was also dirty with marks and dust/grime on every surface and excess dog hair on the floor. I went to the front desk and the best they could do was “send someone up to check the A/C. The property was practically empty. This was not good enough! I was fortunate enough to speak with the GM who remedied the room situation immediately. We then dealt with Daniel (who was on loan from Santa Barbara Ritz Carlton) he was a great reflection on the brand. He upgraded us, which was appreciated but not expected, just a room with a reasonable a/c would have been fine. Rooms are very average, worn and not clean. Linen was stained, towels so old some had tears and holes in them. The majority of the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than at the Ritz Carlton South, can’t say I blame them but really let the place down. When dining they would bring the bill before we had finished dining over and over, at times even advising their break was about to start so needed to provide bill, how about you get another staff member to do this… Upon checkout I paid with an alternate card than I used for the security deposit (to avoid international transaction fees). I settled the bill of approx $450usd and away we went. A few days later, a charge of $390usd (approx) appears on my original card used for security deposit (along with an international transaction fee). This charge is absolute rubbish and was not warranted, everything was settled and paid on check out. I rang and rang and rang all day to the hotel and the phone was never answered. Finally I had to call and international call centre where the wind noise in the background was so loud I could hardly hear. I was then told the extra was for bar charges (not ours!) we had one whisky and a coke at the bar which was on my bill at checkout. I was then told they would try to contact hotel and hopefully in up to 2 weeks they would respond to the call centre, and sometime after to me. This from Ritz Carlton? Disgraceful. We then got lucky and got the US call centre. This was much more helpful and the agent advised the hotel would call back the same day. Still no call back from Hotel, no explanation of why my card was charged… no invoice, no receipts. Now I need to go through the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. Really? The old saying one bad apple spoils the cart, couldn’t be more true of the Ritz Carlton South Beach. There were many other disappointing things that happened during the stay that isn’t even worth going into. Such an epic disappointment from this brand. I am hoping this property reaches out as promised but it holding my breath. Do better Ritz Carlton South Beach! Not wanting to end on such a sour note. Daniel (from RC Santa Barbara) was a standout for guest service as was Noela at the Valet, both embody what guest expect from RC.

プライベートビーチも利用しました！プールもビーチも17時にはサービス終了なのでご注意を。部屋にレフィル可能なボトルが置いてあり、館内の至る所で給水できたのがとても良かった！ペットボトルよりエコなので。広々したジュニアスイートにアップグレードして大正解！家族4人で広く使えました。バスルームも広くて、シャワー別で椅子もありました。アメニティも香りが良くて◎ 空港からもアクセス良くUberで3,500円程で15分位で到着しました！ お部屋からは隣のタワーマンションとビーチが見えました。

Habitación que cumple sin lujos. La atención del personal fue correcta. La ubicación es buena y tranquila por las noches. Tiene parada de trolley en ambas esquina (collins y la indian creek) que te permite moverte por toda la isla gratis. A poco menos de 10 cuadras hay un super grande (publix). A la vuelta tiene un starbucks. Respecto al servicio de resort de playa no lo respetaron. Durante la mitad de la estadía nos dijeron que ya no estaba más disponible, lo cual carece de sentido porque es un servicio contratado que dependía de un hotel que se encuentra a 8 vueltas y está dentro del grupo hotelero. Así lo indica su página web y en las condiciones pactadas por la app. El desayuno es otra cosa a mejorar... daban siempre lo mismo y con pocas opciones saludables (huevos revueltos, salchichas, jamón, papas dorados, pan, mandarina o naranja). En síntesis, es un hotel accesible con buena ubicación pero que no respeta los servicios que ofrece y con un desayuno bastante pobre.

Place was very nice. Great view. If I had to point out some things. There are some drywall repairs that need attention. Few wobbly pieces of furniture. Bathroom faucet is a bit loose. I’d say invest some time on the aesthetics possibly get a better bang for your buck . Other than that . It was great. Those are my thoughts as I do home repairs for a living.
