Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The setting is breathtaking and the service is attentive and kind, from reception to dinner.  It’s quaint and a small (luxury) hotel, where you can relax without chaos! There is no sunset view of the domes,  Only small plus would have been if the hotel provided an hourly shuttle between Fira and Oia (the hotel is in between) as the bus only travels one way, which means you have to go to Oia first then to Fira, and then another bus to get to the hotel from Fira. (4Euro as two buses or 20Euro per ride). Service was exceptional from reception to dining, special kudos to our receptionist lady whose name started with F… and Eleini at lunch. Complimentary breakfast is excellent, albeit limited tables overlooking the ocean with shade, the service and food make up for it!  We were upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of rosé and water upon check in and, chocolate and more water at turn down service.

房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, n*** cạnh bến xe buýt rất thuận tiện cho việc ăn uống, mua sắm và ngắm cảnh. Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, cung cấp nước đá và khăn đá khi vào khách sạn, đồng thời giới thiệu chi tiết về các tiện nghi của khách sạn. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và tiện nghi, bữa sáng rất phong phú.

Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

We’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in Santorini, Charisma is definitely the best one. Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful. Every detail is perfect here. Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset. It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!
