The location is good and the breakfast is rich in variety, but the hotel could pay attention to the standard of cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed this time with a group of ＞30 people. All arrangements have been taken care well; including meeting room. We plan to come back again next year. Thank you! 👍👍👍 Mohammed, Sebastian, Lena … Vielen Dank! 😊

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

I stayed here with my friend for two nights. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel kindly honored my request for a room far from the noise. Athelstan warmly welcomed us on arrival, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff the next morning was also very kind and attentive, even though breakfast wasn’t included, his friendliness encouraged us to dine there. I canMt remember his name (maybe abdul) but he is thin anda shorter gentleman. Overall, the staff’s hospitality made our stay pleasant and the hotel is really clean.

The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist.

Đủ lớn để chứa bốn người. Rất vui khi có máy giặt trong phòng và máy sấy chung ở tầng hầm. Không gian tắm mở thông với phòng vệ sinh nên nước tràn luôn. Có thể có cửa trượt hoặc rèm để ngăn cách. Vị trí gần ga xe điện Karlsplatz, cách ga xe lửa trung tâm một trạm dừng. Nhân viên rất tốt và hữu ích.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

Public transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station. Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.

It was nice stay in Leodardo Hotel though I stayed for 1 night. The hotel is nearby metro line U3.
