Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Prague Có Spa

Hotel has a grand ambience and reception was very friendly. Room is good size and bed is comfortable. Breakfast venue was too cramp for the hotel. The Gym was terrible! It seems like a rehab venue for seniors to recuperate. English speaking staffs are rare! When my sink stopper was blocked, the receptionist told me that he was the only person manning the station that night. He told me that he will try but no promise. He did it well though! Smoke-filled Lobby is really unacceptable!

We stayed at the hotel from March 7 to March 9 and overall had a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge – it was a perfect place to relax and there was always a good selection of drinks and snacks available. Cons: There were a few issues in the room. The shower plumbing was broken and didn’t properly hold the shower head. The shower was also not fully covered, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. There were no electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The curtains had stains and the windows needed cleaning, which unfortunately made it harder to fully enjoy the view. Additionally, my mother and I stayed during her birthday on March 8. When making the reservation, I left a note asking for a small symbolic gesture since I had seen in previous reviews that the hotel sometimes does this for guests. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

這家酒店不在市中心，但是門口就有地鐵，對面還有個Ldil超市。前台服務熱情，每個房間送一瓶白葡萄酒，吧枱飲料，臨走還送一個冰箱貼紀念品，服務沒得講，早餐也非常豐盛，早餐晚餐時間，大廳還有鋼琴演奏。缺點是不靠市中心，旁邊是一大片墓地。總之，是超出期待的一次入住。

I had a great stay at Hilton Prague. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant and comfortable at the same time, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the breakfast selection and the overall hotel amenities. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. Overall, Hilton Prague offers a high-quality stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Nhưng ở một thành phố du lịch bình dân, với vị trí địa lý và giá cả như vậy thì không có gì phải kén chọn cả. Bể bơi tốn tiền. Cũng không chấp nhận thẻ UnionPay của Trung Quốc. Ngày nay, nhiều khách sạn, nhà hàng và thậm chí cả quán cà phê có thể thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng China UnionPay. Không biết khách sạn của họ có tụt hậu, hay coi thường không? Ngoài ra, Cộng hòa Séc là một quốc gia EU duy trì các khoản thanh toán bằng tiếng Séc. Nếu bạn không mang theo tiền mặt Séc Lang, có một máy đổi tiền tự phục vụ ở cửa quay của khách sạn. Tỷ lệ đồng euro chẳng hạn là 1:21,6. Cửa hàng đổi quà trong thành phố là 1.24.2. Và nếu bạn đến trung tâm mua sắm để chi tiêu, một số tính bằng euro sẽ tính theo tỷ lệ 1:20. Vậy lựa chọn thế nào là tùy thuộc vào chính bạn. Quầy lễ tân của khách sạn không nhắc nhở về máy đổi quà tự phục vụ. Dịch vụ này không được áp dụng. Lần sau bạn cũng có thể chọn khách sạn này, thực tế là ô tô đi đâu cũng rất thuận tiện và không xa

The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

The hotel location is very good and nice The workers was friendly and quick But I prefer if they have smart tv in the rooms
