Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Quế Lâm Có Spa

The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!

This hotel directly overlooks the picturesque Li River where you can witness the fishermen's bamboo rafts with their cormorants anchored to the promenade. It's a popular spot for tourists in their hired period costumes trying to achieve the most photogenic shot of Yangshuo's world-renowned karst mountains. The hotel's roof terrace on the fifth floor offers uninterrupted vistas of this stunning landscape. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great value for its price and comes highly recommended. The hotel rooms are spacious and even those which face inwards look out to a leafy courtyard with pretty fountains. The staff, from the chambermaids to the lady at the guest laundry, were all super helpful. Special thanks to Maya/沫沫 at the front desk who devised an excellent itinerary for our private excursion with a driver. Equally outstanding was Lacey/橙子, also at the reception. She was very accommodating to the multiple requests of hotel guests, and in a truly earnest rather than perfunctory manner. Both of them are assets to the service industry. The hotel's attention to detail in terms of its interior design is laudable : the concept of Yangshuo's landscape is visually captured throughout the hotel - from the nameplate at its entrance to the signage of the room numbers, they all feature symbolic silhouettes of those iconic karst mountains and the fishermen with their cormorants. One suggestion to the hotel's management is for them to provide an English language news channel on their television : in view of the increasing foreign clientele, it is indeed glaring that even their national CGTN news channel is not available.

We chose the Superhouse by the Li River because we had previously stayed at a resort by the Yulong River and were looking for a bit of variety – and it definitely did not disappoint. The property is truly impressive: a converted former factory with a spacious layout and many interesting buildings. It’s a highlight in itself, especially if you are interested in architecture and design. The view of the Li River is fantastic, and the pool is great as well – although it is not heated, so you need to be a bit brave in spring. The rooms are exceptional, with high-quality materials and a strong focus on design and detail – truly impressive. One small downside was the bar: even when it wasn’t very busy, the music was quite loud, even in the late afternoon. The drink selection was somewhat limited, and it seemed that the bartender was not extensively trained – but these are minor points. Dinner, on the other hand, was excellent – very high quality and absolutely enjoyable. The next morning, breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality – nothing was missing. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending. The location is a bit remote, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere, but it also means you’ll usually need a Didi to reach other restaurants. However, that’s easy and inexpensive in China. A must-stop.

Great hotel surrounding with mountains. Free upgraded for bigger and nicer room. Perfect location with West Street just within walking distance. There are many restaurants or street foods nearby. Also, there is greenery park besides the hotel for workout. Value for money.

Trên thực tế, tôi rất muốn giới thiệu khách sạn này, trong số các khách sạn tư nhân trong nước cùng cấp và ở một thị trấn nhỏ như vậy thì khách sạn này thực sự rất tốt. Nếu không phải vì mùi cống thoát nước trong phòng tắm tầng dưới và sự cố điện của thị trấn khiến điện bị cúp điện vào lúc nửa đêm suốt hai đêm. Ưu điểm của nó: Toàn bộ khách sạn gọn gàng, sạch sẽ vì mới và môi trường thoải mái. Thái độ phục vụ rất tốt, điều này rất quan trọng. Có một khu vườn nhỏ ngoài trời ngắm cảnh trên tầng 9 của khách sạn, khá thoải mái. Hình dưới đây được chụp trong vườn. Khi trả phòng, tình cờ tôi gặp một người ở khách sạn, có lẽ là người phụ trách, anh ấy giải thích cho tôi lý do mất điện rất nghiêm trọng và còn tặng tôi một món quà nhỏ xin lỗi. Có thể thấy, tâm lý của khách sạn này từ trên xuống dưới vẫn muốn làm tốt công việc của khách sạn. Tuy nhiên, họ bất lực và bất lực trước tác động của các cơ sở điện lực đô thị. Nếu có thể giải quyết được vấn đề này thì cá nhân tôi rất thích khách sạn này. Ngoài vấn đề về điện, một nguyên nhân khác có thể là do tầng thấp, cống thoát nước có mùi hôi, không biết trước đây khách ở tầng dưới có gặp vấn đề tương tự không. Ban đầu chúng tôi đặt một suite có phòng khách nhưng lại nhận được suite trên tầng 3 vào ngày đầu tiên chúng tôi đến. Chúng tôi đã có một đêm đầu tiên tuyệt vời. Hai phòng khách có một phòng khách rộng, tách biệt nhau không ảnh hưởng đến nhau, phòng khách và phòng đủ rộng, quan trọng nhất là phòng nào cũng có phòng tắm riêng, rất tốt. Hôm sau trời bắt đầu mưa nhẹ nên chúng tôi ra ngoài chơi, đến chiều về thì phát hiện phòng tắm trong phòng ngủ chính có mùi hôi, hơn nữa phòng tắm loại này không có cửa nên mùi hôi khiến không thể ngủ được. Sau đó, quầy lễ tân đã nâng cấp cho chúng tôi lên phòng song lập hai tầng trên tầng 7, không có vấn đề gì và họ còn tặng chúng tôi đĩa trái cây. Suite này cũng rất tốt, có ban công rộng, phòng rộng, đồ ăn nhẹ, còn có phòng tắm riêng biệt ở tầng trên và tầng dưới. Tôi tự hỏi liệu vấn đề mùi hôi ở tầng thấp này có thể được khách sạn giải quyết hay nó là mối nguy hiểm tiềm ẩn còn sót lại trong quá trình xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng? Nếu điều này được giải quyết và vấn đề điện được giải quyết thì khách sạn với cấu hình, thiết kế và dịch vụ như vậy sẽ khá tốt trong số các khách sạn nội địa cùng đẳng cấp. Để tồn tại trong môi trường kinh tế hiện nay không phải là điều dễ dàng, cá nhân tôi vẫn hy vọng nó có thể tiếp tục ngày càng tốt hơn.

Firstly, on our check-in, we were told we can upgrade to a Riverview room at a cost of around 100 RMB. after we agreed to upgrade and got up to our room. (Please see picture below)that was the river room. Nothing like a river view room that we have ever experienced.   When we called the manager to ask for the river room, we got upgraded to a higher floor( see the picture attached)  again not a river view room that we would ever called it.  Dinner.  We book our dinner in the Chinese restaurant Xianggong (香宫) not to mention their service was extremely slow. We waited for our noodle until the last course to be served like a hour. Please see the picture attach. This is the picture on the menu that  I was expecting please see picture attached that is the noodle that got served to me. a although I understand in some situation, the picture is just for reference, but I think at this case this is extremely misrepresented.  Another dish we orders “ wagyu beef with mushrooms. “ again we questioned this is hardly wagyu beef and please see the picture below. That’s the dish we got served, nothing like the picture again.  It was deeply disappointing experience, and we booked based on the Shangri -La name and our previous experiences.   Although  Shangri Guilin has his beautiful landscape and infrastructure, the service is clearly not a Shanghai standard.

Nhưng một vấn đề lớn đối với chúng tôi là họ phát trực tiếp video của tất cả các khách trong khu vực hồ bơi từ 19:00-22:00 mỗi ngày. Họ phát trực tiếp lên ** (phiên bản TikTok của Trung Quốc) cho mục đích thương mại. Đối với chúng tôi, điều này rất bất thường và giống như một sự xâm phạm quyền riêng tư. Và không có cà phê đúng nghĩa cho bữa sáng, nhưng với dịch vụ tuyệt vời, bạn có thể yêu cầu nhân viên lễ tân đặt giao cà phê từ một cửa hàng địa phương. Và bạn sẽ được hoàn tiền vì đã sử dụng ứng dụng giao hàng của Trung Quốc mà chúng tôi, người nước ngoài, không có quyền truy cập. Hiện tại có một cần cẩu khổng lồ đang đứng sừng sững trên khuôn viên khách sạn. Tôi đoán rằng nó sẽ ở đó ít nhất cho đến tháng 11 năm 2026, nhưng đó chỉ là phỏng đoán dựa trên công trình xây dựng hiện tại. Ngoại trừ những điểm trừ, khách sạn này rất vững chắc và có dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu nó.
