Very New and comfortable Hotel. Reception staff is incredibly helpfull and friendly. Will definitely come back If stay in Foshan.

Vị trí tốt, cạnh trung tâm mua sắm. Dịch vụ giặt là miễn phí và sử dụng robot để giao đồ đến tận phòng. Điều duy nhất không hài lòng là wifi. Có vẻ như wifi Trung Quốc chỉ được sử dụng cho người dân địa phương chứ không phải cho người nước ngoài. Họ bảo tôi tắt DNS nhưng nó không hoạt động. N*** cả wifi sân bay Quảng Châu cũng chỉ dành cho người dân địa phương - nhập số địa phương của họ để kết nối? Thậm chí còn có nhân viên sân bay giúp tôi, tôi cũng không thể kết nối được. Tại sao lại như vậy? wifi được coi là tiện ích cơ bản mà khách sạn nên cung cấp cho khách hàng của mình. Tôi chỉ không hiểu tại sao kết nối wifi ở Trung Quốc lại khó đến vậy. Tôi đã hoàn thành dịch vụ chuyển vùng dữ liệu 7 ngày có tính phí. Không có wifi thì thực sự bất tiện cho chúng tôi. Chị gái và chị họ của tôi đã nói như vậy, wifi không có cách nào để kết nối ở Thuận Đức/Trung Quốc. Nhân viên có mã 101 là tốt và hữu ích. Cô ấy giúp chúng tôi kiểm tra giá cước vận chuyển từ khách sạn đến bến xe buýt gần đó đi thẳng đến Sân bay Quảng Châu. Cô ấy còn mời chúng tôi ăn bánh pudding đậu xanh :) Nói chung lưu trú tại khách sạn nội thất hiện đại này là tốt. Sẽ quay lại lần nữa nếu đi du lịch tới Thuận Đức. Cảm ơn.

Tóm lại: Khách sạn này ổn. Không tệ, nhưng không phải là tốt nhất, 7/10 là ổn. Độ sạch sẽ: sạch sẽ và được bảo dưỡng tốt. Các ngóc ngách thì bụi bặm nhưng bản thân căn phòng thì sạch sẽ. Vị trí: nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một nơi gần mọi thứ, thì đây thực sự không phải là nơi để ở vì nó khá xa hầu hết các địa điểm. Tuy nhiên, đối với chúng tôi, nơi này đẹp và yên tĩnh, không có nhiều tiếng ồn hoặc giao thông. Dịch vụ: Dịch vụ tốt, mọi thứ chúng tôi cần hoặc muốn đều được giải quyết và nhân viên rất tốt. Cảm ơn Jesse Zhou đã giúp chúng tôi nhận phòng và trả lời các câu hỏi của chúng tôi, cô ấy thật tuyệt. Lý do duy nhất khiến tôi trừ một điểm là vì khi chúng tôi gọi dịch vụ phòng, người mang đồ ăn đã không tháo lớp màng bọc thực phẩm ra khỏi đồ ăn và chúng tôi phải tự làm việc đó. Tiện nghi: Thành thật mà nói, nơi này hơi thiếu sót. Tất cả các lựa chọn ăn uống đều hơi đắt so với chi phí của khách sạn. Bữa sáng phục vụ phòng chỉ ở mức ổn, điều này khiến tôi thất vọng vì chi phí cao. Giường: khá thoải mái, chỉ cảm thấy hơi cũ. Lưu ý khác: Cài đặt mặc định của nước là nóng, điều này không làm mất điểm, chỉ là một điều cần lưu ý. Một điều tôi thực sự không thích là mọi công tắc đèn đều là bảng điều khiển cảm ứng ánh sáng xanh phát sáng trong bóng tối. Ngoài ra, bộ điều chỉnh nhiệt độ cũng vậy nhưng có thêm hai đèn đỏ và xanh lá cây sáng. Cuối cùng chúng tôi phải phủ chúng bằng gối và túi vì chúng quá sáng.

Đây là một khách sạn rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, nằm trong khu vực yên tĩnh. Tôi tin rằng hầu hết khách lưu trú tại đây đều quá cảnh qua Ga tàu Nam Quảng Đông. Lễ tân lịch sự nhưng có thể làm tốt hơn bằng cách phản hồi nhanh chóng, nghĩa là giải thích vị trí thang máy, nhà hàng và hỏi xem khách có muốn đặt vé miễn phí đến ga tàu không.

Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
