I booked this hotel for digital detox getaway from the city life. I am very pleased with the experience. I will start from check in where the staff politely greeted us, got us upgraded to lake view room and introduced us all the surrounding area of the hotel. They also assigned a colleague named Carina. She was very attentive and helpful, always helping us arrange things on time and even arranged gifts for us during the stay. The room reservation also came with photoshoot session at the hotel and we got 5 free photos. There are many beautiful photo taking areas which makes it suitable for those looking to take beautiful pictures. One of the best hotel experience I have encountered so far across different hotel brands in China.

Khi tôi đến khách sạn, nhân viên lễ tân ở quầy lễ tân cũng rất nồng nhiệt và lịch sự, và dịch vụ cũng rất chu đáo! Thấy chúng tôi đi cùng trẻ em, họ đã sắp xếp cũi và tặng cho cháu một món đồ chơi. Tuyệt vời! Sau đó, chúng tôi đã tới phòng. Bộ đồ giường rất tốt, môi trường sạch sẽ và có công nghệ thông minh. Sàn phòng tắm ấm áp, quả là một thiết kế chu đáo! Xà phòng rửa tay, sữa tắm và dầu gội tôi sử dụng đều là thảo dược (thành phần hoa oải hương), và tất cả đều thơm và dễ chịu. Ngoài ra còn có dịch vụ giao đồ ăn tiện lợi, được giao trực tiếp bằng robot. Ngoài ra còn có nhiều cửa hàng ăn uống bên ngoài khách sạn, rất tiện lợi! Toàn bộ khách sạn có chủ đề thiết kế độc đáo, hợp thời trang và mới lạ, cùng các chi tiết đẹp. Ngoài ra, đồ uống cũng được cung cấp liên tục tại quầy lễ tân. Điểm trừ duy nhất là đồ ăn trong nhà hàng chưa đủ đa dạng và cần cải thiện, giường trong phòng hơi nhỏ Đối với khu nghỉ dưỡng Longfeng Villa bên cạnh, bạn có thể cân nhắc tình hình thực tế trước khi vào công viên. (Lời nhắc nhở đặc biệt: công viên hiện đang được nâng cấp và bảo trì nên không có gì để xem. Tôi tin rằng sẽ có điều gì đó đáng mong đợi vào nửa cuối năm.) Nhưng vì bạn đã ở đây nên rất đáng để vào tham quan. Bạn có thể ngắm hoa sắt vào ban đêm. Không khí khá tốt. Cuối cùng, chuyến đi dành cho cha mẹ và con cái này đã mang lại cho tôi một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, đáng để quay lại vào lần tới😃

The hotel is really good to be visited in summer and winter, in winter you can enjoy the hot springs and in summer you will get option for water ganes. Good place to visit with family.

hotel location is pretty good, in between Rainbow District and Humen Walking Street, the hotel building is part of a condo cluster on top of a shipping mall, so the lobby is not be ground floor but 3rd floor. when taking taxi, ask driver to search for shopping mall 君乐汇 drop off, will be much easier. rooms are modern and spacious, aircon and water pressure for shower is good, housekeeping is top notch, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pillows are on the softer side, can ask for hard pillows or extras when required. hotel allows late check out until 4pm, that's pretty good for those with late flights out. those who fly out of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, there's a bus that can be taken from 虎门候机楼 bus station that's at another hotel. hotel amenities are good, used the gym, pretty basic but enough for a good workout, swimming pool is open 7am to 9pm, closed in between from 12-2pm. have to bring own swimming cap or buy one at counter. the pool is run by a club and shared between hotel and condo clusters so weekends and day time will be crowded. pool water is not treated so best to use goggles. shopping mall below hotel makes eating very convenient but head towards outside area near the walking street, lots of local food at cheaper prices. overall will recommend for stay. sightseeing wise, Humen sights are not concentrated, hotel location is pretty central to head out to different places.

The Guangzhou-shenzhen railway line is right next to the hotel. Easy access from Shenzhen Airport. Starbucks kiosks at the lobby. Walking distance to local night restaurant behind the hotel. Spacious room with large bathroom. Soundproof is good. Western and eastern breakfast.

Pools and spa were excellent. Food at buffet dinner and breakfast had great variety. Tea House dinner lovely. Cafe food acceptable. Rooms were nice. Outdoor pool good. Lake scenery beautiful.

I had high expectations for this hotel stay. Sadly, it fell far below my expectations. What made the stay worth it, was only the room, but it still had some problems. The hotel is located in a nice building, but it is so empty and barely had staff that were able to help us. The hotel looked nice but functioned adequately. After booking a prestige suite, I was excited to go. But I was let down when I arrived. The bathroom had a ton of water in the bathroom floor when we checked in. Very few amenities in the room. The mini bar was empty, many outlets did not work, one of the TVs did not function, and it was difficult to understand how to turn on all the lights. The phone did not work throughout my entire stay. After speaking to the front desk, they said they would send repairman to come up, but nothing was ever fixed. Most of the amenities were cheap plastic that broke when used.  Many of the lounges in restaurants closed earlier than posted and when I had arrived to eat or drink, I was told the lounge or restaurant was closed. Overall, if you just need a hotel room for the night and are not looking for a five star luxury experience this hotel will be great. But if you have high expectations and pay for a luxury suite do not expect much from the hotel. Personally, I won’t be returning when I go back to this city.
