This place is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. The view and location were magical, the staff was so kind and lovely, the food was amazing and the wifi connection had a good speed. Overall, this place is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit the beautiful places in Tuscany and also relax and enjoy some peace.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We can't say enough great things about this Borgo. We have memories for a lifetime! Our kids are 4 and 7 years old. We were in the guards apartment. We put the kids to bed at night and watched the spectacular sunset over the pool through the window in the master bedroom. Having the kitchenette suited our needs with the kids perfectly. We did the wine tasting at the restaurant that the hotel helped us arrange last minute and it was such a great experience. The Borgo was a perfect home base to explore all that Tuscany had to offer, from the old towns to the nearby waterfalls and hot springs. Of note, the apartment that we were in had open windows without safety devices to keep a climbing kid from falling out, so we were a bit nervous at first, but the kids loved the apartment and the Borgo as much as we did and settled in well. I would not call the apartment we were in "fancy". Instead, it was comfortable, functional, and simply perfect for our family. I wish we could come back here every year and stay for longer!!

Had two perfect nights in this charming place. Everything was on a top: location, room, food. Many thanks to two Ukrainian ladies, who gave one of the best sirvices I've ever had through all my Italian trips, huge plus to a delicious cuisine. Homemade Olive Oil and gorgeous cheesecake were unforgettable. Coming back to Poland with the best memories. My recommendations!

There are beautiful places and there are beautiful places that have a soul like borgo il Poggiaggio ! Before listing the beauties of the place I want to make a special mention to the staff and the manager who really make a difference here: One day they have celebrated, involving all the guests, the birthday of the sweet Evelyn, the restaurant employee who , with her smile accompanies you from breakfast to dinner making you feel at home. This type of things are part of the perfect Italian Hospitality and are priceless! Now to list all the beautiful things of this place which make it the perfect spot for families: - beautiful cozy apartments - home feeling like if you were vacationing with friends - pool, sports courts and lovely ourdoor spaces for families - tuscan sunset and delicious food at their restaurant Are you still thinking about it? 🌳🤩🌳

Nonostante la bella struttura in stile toscano, la gestione fa acqua da tutte le parti. Stanze arredate al minimo, poca cura nei dettagli, prodotti da bagno col contagocce, ristorante al limite del passabile (carne dura, pici zeppi d'aglio, ragù insapore ecc...). Non ce lo aspettavamo da un "4 stelle" e con questi prezzi speravamo in un po' più di qualità. Soprattutto e cosa più grave: grandissima scortesia da parte della direzione, senza un minimo rispetto per le esigenze della clientela. Siamo stati trattati a pesci in faccia alla vigilia del nostro matrimonio per un asserito errore sul preventivo. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti sbigottiti. Non ci torneremo mai più.

Sconsigliato a chiunque tenga a sé stesso e alla buona riuscita del proprio evento.

Un endroit fantastique, personnel très très aimable, chambre propre et moderne, piscine fantastique et terrain de tennis bien équipé. Restaurant un poil cher pour des portions légères mais très bon dans l’ensemble (mis à part les pizzas). La dégustation de vin était fantastique avec des explications très claires et des très bonnes bouteilles. Un séjour de rêve

in der Residenza Borgo il Poggiaccio ist das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rosanna hat uns alles am ersten Tag gezeigt und alles erklärt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden! Ausser eine Kaffeemaschine, war aber nicht schlimm. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, sehr feines Essen und wieder sehr freundliches Personal. Die ganze Anlage ist gepflegt, Pool sehr sauber.

Abbiamo prenotato tutto il borgo 2 notte per nostro matrimonio e il servizio è stato impeccabile! Il posto é bellissimo, le camere spaziose e gli ospiti si sono trovati benissimo. Cena di benvenuto deliziosa e cena di matrimonio perfetta! Inoltre il personale é sempre stato disponibile e gentile, anche durante il sopralluogo. Consigliato 100%!

Ho riservato per 22 adulti e 4 bambini per il compleanno di mio marito. Tutti gli ospiti si sono trovati benissimo, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti e al ristorante abbiamo cenato benissimo. Ottima e ricca colazione. Ci sono stati dei problemi con la pressione dell’acqua all’interno delle camere e hanno cercato di sistemarla il prima possibile. L’unica pecca è che non c’è la possibilità di ricaricare le auto elettriche.

Borgo medioevale splendido, il nostro appartamento, La Romantica, era situata in un angolino molto riservato è caratteristico. Pulito, il borgo ha mantenuto l’aspettò originale, nonostante le ristrutturazioni. Colazione al ristorante eccellente, il loro sistema di servirti senza spreco e’ fantastica. La cucina è ottima, ma il valore aggiunto sono le ragazze che ci lavorano. Professionali, simpatiche e ben preparate. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Location esterna molto bella dove a sua volta fa sperare bene anche per l'interno degli appartamenti. Purtroppo invece l'interno lascia molto a desiderare, dove si trova un arredamento molto vecchio, parecchio consumato con fodere di divani consumate, sedute del divano sfondate, bagni molto vecchi ma la cosa più importante estremamente sporco. Siamo arrivati alle 16, immaginando che la camera potesse già essere disponibile, invece ci chiedono di aspettare altri 10 minuti; ci danno le chiavi per entrare e ci accorgiamo subito che hanno lavato semplicemente il pavimento e riassetto alla buona il resto, dove queste "pulizie" so o costate 90 €. Ragnatele non si contano, vetri senza commenti pavimenti sotto il letto pieni di polvere . Peccato perché esternamente promette veramente bene, servizio piscina buono, (dalle 15 alle 18 il bar vicino alla piscina rimane chiuso, inspiegabile!!!) Ristorante discreto, personale gentile. Colazione buona ma non vale 10€ che ti chiedono.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage super gelegen und uritalienisch typisch toscana. aber.... Kleine Dinge müssen besser sein, ein Duschvorhang in dieser Klasse Hotel geht gar nicht, auch diverse kleine Reparaturen müssen einfach gemacht werden, wie Silikonfugen oder defekte Duschbrause. Wären diese kleinen Dinge nicht gäbe es locker 4.5Sterne. Und leider, leider fehlt mir hier die italienische gemütlichkeit die Emotion und die Liebe der Italiener. Es ist ja schön wenn alle englisch sprechen aber die dolce vita darf dadurch nicht vernichtet werden

Tutto stupendo, un meraviglioso borgo curato e raffinato. Alloggi di grandi dimensioni, ristrutturati mantenendo la propria autenticità. Piscina e zona relax molto apprezzati. Ristorante/bar perfetto sia nel servizio che nelle portate, le ragazze che ci lavorano sono simpatiche, disponibili e competenti. Consigliato!
