Stayed at this premier many times but in all honesty was not impressed with it this time , the member of staff at check in was not the welcoming person that normally greets you at premiers , also standards seem to be slipping, very off putting smell in first corridors, but room was fine . Also not at all impressed with the Brewers Faye pub , looking very shabby with ripped upholstery on chairs and to top it all only open until 10 o’clock in the holiday season, even the staff thought it was ridiculous !! Real shame, always used this hotel to meet friends, catch up and have a drink , can’t believe how standards have dropped

Tables in bar restaurants not cleared in over 3 hours .couldn’t find a clear table when back from outing.Bar staff uninterested serving dried up lemon in drinks then to top it off last orders called at 9 20 pm and just after 9 30 came round to tell everyone to finish drinks Absolutely astonished from a hotel!! The place is in dire need of a full refurb,the chairs we had to sit on were filthy and threadbare.tables sticky!Will never stay here again.How can they spend millions on t.v. Advertising and run a bar like this.Thoroughly spoiled our break away!

Myself and a few friends stayed a night here while on a motorbike tour the hotel is in a great location and just a short walk to the town (5mins approx).the hotel was perfect for us the staff were great they let us park our bikes at the rear carpark and even moved our rooms so the bikes were just outside the window so top marks to the staff.

We were greeted by the apauling unprofessional rude deputy Manager of this hotel. There was an error in what we were being charged and the young guy on the desk knew how to sort it, but the incompetent Manager. A report will be made to head office. Rooms very hot no air con. There is a fan which just blows hot air around Rest of the staff were very nice

If you want just bed and breakfast evening meal and the basics in the room you cannot go wrong here friendly staff big carpark and little things to do in the area (ten pin bowling across the way.) place does look like a prison breakfast cheap but tastes it and evening meal not great either (food not great staff lovely) there are other eateries in the complex and would suggest trying them for value for money cannot complain but I had ago lol

Lovely location. Plenty of parking. The hotel is clean and tidy rooms were spotless. Staff friendly and helpful.

Spent two nights over the bank holiday weekend with friends whom have never been to southport. We had a great time. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with hot power showers. Plenty of tea & coffee etc, you help yourself to more as and when needed. Breakfast was good and varied. Plenty of free parking which was a bonus. Would highly recommend. Our room was very quiet indeed. Slept very well..

Overall a pleasant stay. Disappointed that there was no fruit salad at breakfast for 2 days running. No hot water from basin despite informing reception. Upset to find large stain on duvet when removing cover as it was too hot. Have stayed many times at this hotel and not had any issues before.

Not a good place to stay, my husband is disabled ad this hotel only has one accessible room. this is not right in this day and age. The other thing I don't like about it is the breakfast prices, I don't eat much at breakfast time, but still have to pay the full price. Children eat free and they get full plates of food, then don't eat it. Premier Inns are more suitable for business people.
