Manna Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Manna. The resort is beautiful and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Each meal was wonderful- excellent selection of menu items, beautiful presentation and delicious. Every detail at Manna is well thought out, the resort is incredibly clean including the most pristine parking garage you have ever seen! We also enjoyed the wine tour at Franz Haas Winery that they set up for us. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Manna and only hope our travels will bring us back in the future.

Amazing service!! The staff were so attentive to our needs. We have been in many hotels and would say best service ever. The hotel itself is not big and this makes it cozier. Food was superb and dinner was always something to look forward to. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Manna Resort is a hidden gem and one of the most stunning resorts I have ever seen (and my husband and I travel a lot). The amount of love and craftsmanship the owners put in to this property is apparent everywhere you look from the outside appeal to the lobby, rooms and restaurants. They truly didn’t spare a penny anywhere on this property. I found it fascinating that every room is totally different and inspired by different countries and places the owner has visited (Africa and Japan to name a few). The only way I could really describe the aesthetic of the resort is elegant eclectic and I mean that in the most respectful way possible. The owner Luisa Manna truly has an eye for interior design. The way she brought so much life and character to each space is a work of art. I wish I had even an ounce of her creativity! We stayed in the Danish room and it was so lovely. We had our own personal sauna inside the room, which I absolutely loved! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for great nights sleep. There was plenty of storage. Another thing I really enjoyed about the resort is that it’s single story with no rooms above you. I hate when you can hear footsteps above you, which is not the case here. Additionally, the hotel is very quiet and perfect to decompress and relax. The resort has a beautiful spa, gym and multiple swimming pools. One of the pools being natural, which was beautiful. Additionally, they have a stunning restaurant and bar area. The ceiling in the bar and restaurant is incredible!! My absolute favorite thing about this hotel (aside from its aesthetic and charm) was the chefs table experience. This was the first time I’ve seen an experience offered like this, where our table was physically in the kitchen. There was no menu and the chefs provide a tasting experience. We were able to chat and ask questions throughout the dinner service. They were also able to accommodate my husband’s vegetarian diet. The food was phenomenal and it was an experience that we will never forget. If you stay at Manna, the chefs table is a must try! It wouldn’t surprise me if they received a Michelin star at some point. I would highly recommend this hotel! Big shoutout to Andi, Chef Andreas and his team, as well as Christian, Micah and Patrick for the incredible service throughout our stay! A true 5-star experience!

Can absolutely recommend! Amazing staff within the most amazing rooms and attention to detail. The dining experience was also a 10/10.

Great facility and even better staff. Since the moment of arrival, untill departure everything was in competent and helpful hands of the Manna People. They make this unique and fantastic resort more unique and more pleasant. I'm truly thankful for that.

we wined and dined in the most beautiful resort in Alto Adige run by Franz Haas family, at the helm of Maria Luisa. The staff was welcoming, professional + service with a smile. Andi Punter created an evening never to forget, a gastronomic journey; the restaurant was amazing. The wines from Franz Haas were spectacular. Thank you from Cheese Meets Wine of Hong Kong

Wir waren rundum völlig begeistert! Angefangen vom Empfang, Zimmer, wir hatten die Lapplandsuite mit wunderbarem Ausblick in Süden und auf den Naturpool. Da es ein kleines Hotel ist fühlt man sich sofort aufgehoben. Das Team insgesamt war sooo zuvorkommend und freundlich, ich konnte mehrmals keine Türe selbst öffnen da ein Mitarbeiter es für mich tat. Tolles Essen schöne Terrasse, am Abend eine traumhafte Atmosphäre geschaffen aus Kerzenlicht und stylischen Leuchten. Im Zimmer gab es keine offenen Wünsche! Im Garten kam jeder Service innerhalb 10 Minuten. Der Trainingsraum ist riesig und hat eine tolle Ausstattung und Aussicht! Die Straße ist 200-400 m entfernt und im Garten und Zimmer und Balkon nicht hörbar. Ein absolut gelungenes schönes Hotel!! Tolle Mitarbeiter!! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!
