A little bit of confusion with checking in but the staff responded very quickly to our questions via text and we even got an early check-in. Once we got into our room we were very pleased! It was cutely decorated and looked and smelled very clean. Walking distance to the ******s and restaurants. It was so nice to be able to come back to a fresh room after being in a smoky ******. We will definitely be staying here our trip to Tahoe!

This hotel is located 4 minute driving from Lake Tahoe blvd where all the shopping, ******s and dining area. Super clean and simply modern decorated rooms, but best of all very convenient!

Contactless check in was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish the TV was in a better spot, it was difficult to watch comfortably.

Very clean rooms, awesome shower and great internet. Location is very near to the Heavenly resort. The check-in and check-out system worked fine for us.
Only issue is that we could hear the footsteps of the people staying in the room above us.

What a gem! My daughter and I made just a quick trip while she was on college break, and while we hit a snowstorm, we were beyond pleased with the accommodations. The room was darling, and we were able to get two Queen beds (usually we settle for full). Everything was sparkly clean, and the fireplace in the room was a perfect touch. We also walked the neighborhood, and it is a super location, convenient and picturesque. Absolutely would stay again! Staff was pleasant and professional as well, helping me with adjus**ents to my stay.

We enjoyed the cosy and clean room given to us as well as the short walk from the lodge to the beach and ******s.
However, note that there is 0 service and 0 staff available on site. The check-in process was painful especially if you are foreigner without a US phone number. If you need something, there is nobody available after 9pm. Considering the high room rate, some guest service would have been the bear minimum.There is no value for money.

Overall the stay was nice. Staff response time is fast and efficient. The pilot light in our heater kept going out but staff responded and fixed it.
