Front desk and Reservation Staffs helped me for connecting rooms, as requested. Satisfied with our stay as the rooms were clean and crisp. Breakfast menus were good. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Great job you all!!

Rm 707 Main Dr very difficult to open and having problem to open the Dr from the inside.Room wall papers are torn.Housekeeping didn’t top up the complimentary drinks.Lighting at the main door and toilet keeps going ON & OFF by itself.

- All people in receptionist area are not too friendly. They will respond you if you talk to them 1st. - Room in lower level and facing the street was giving uncomfort sleeping time so I request to change the room and also because I have a problem with their cleanliness in my room. - They change my room to big room .. I think it is a suite room (this tipe of room..maybe is their complimentary of my complaint) without saying anything. - I think the carpet in the room already old.. so it impacting the cleanliness vibes in the room.
