The room was beautiful. Hotel was beautiful. The only real complaint was they wouldn’t clean the room. For $250 a night and we stayed 4 nights. They should have cleaned the room

1st time stay with my family, son and husband, great stay had a wonderful time, most definitely stay again.

Pros: Very clean. Hotel desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
Cons: Poorly laid out ******. Looks like everything was just thrown in with no plan. I'd say the bed was rock hard but I've slept on softer rocks but this was made up with pillows so soft that they were basically non existent.

Absolutely loved it. Had an amazing time and didn’t even need to gamble. Beautiful setting and welcoming staff and wonderful food at the copper rock !

The sportsbook was almost non-existent. A disappointment.
A bar with a few big TVs to watch the games would've been perfect. Especially being so close to Notre Dame, the state of Michigan, and 90 miles from Chicago -all with sports teams that are followed in the area.

Four Winds South Bend completely exceeded our expectations. I might be one of the most judgmental consumers out there as I am in property management and I focus on cleanliness, asset quality, and service. The hotel room was very clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated. The service all around was very friendly and accommodating. If you are out of town attending an Irish game, they have a free shuttle that takes you to the game and back home for free. Wonderful stay and we will be back here every year.

Great stay, new hotel and the overall customer service was excellent! From the valet to the ******, great service. Only negative was that the bed was not comfortable at all.

Stayed here when I was in town on business- was nice to have restaurants available and some entertainment too. Room was clean and spacious and staff were all very friendly.
