Awesome location to day trips to Monastir, Kairouan, El Jem and Sousse Medina. This B&B is the cleanest we found in Tunisia, offering the best location to experience the local and unique neighborhood of Hammam Sousse. Great food options! Had a great time at Toutou guesthouse! He's a perfect host and makes sure that you leave Tunisia with a great amount of knowledge about the country and his region. It's also a place to meet other fellow travelers. Despite Guesthouse is not in the center, it's easy to reach it by taxi. Hammam Sousse is a very quiet area and you can feel local there. Hope to return again! Miguel

I liked my stay in this classic blue and white arab house which has an inner yard. I felt myself like a king in the castle. All house was just for me. Personally I like to learn about local culture and history, when I'm travelling. Dar Hkaiem is ideal for that. It was a much better experience than staying in a hotel room (which are similar all around the world). The place is situated in the residental area, not very far from the beach and not far from taxi (louage) station. I liked to see closely the everyday life of local people.

I highly recommend Dar Hkaiem . The guest house is really comfortable and you feel joy spending a few days there . People are welcoming and cheerful. Visiting Tunisia makes you eager to know more about its history and culture . So Dar HKaiem is the place where you can meet local people and try Tunisian food .

My stay in dar hkaïem was really a magnificent and comfortable one, i must admit Majdi (the host) was the best in terms of hosting and showing you around tunisia, he's really a great guy and always making sure you're comfortable and satisfied, he took me to some hidden tunisian gems such as coliseum eljem, the medina of sousse and tunis, monastir and more, and i was fascinated by how good the food is either at the restaurants Majdi took me to or the food he makes in dar Hkaïem, i highly recommend passing by if you are ever in Sousse, and of course if you want to try something different and live closer to the locals.

Best place to stay in Sousse. Great food 👌, Great room 👌, Great owner 👌. There is everything near to the place, and it's not far away from the centre of the city. I recommend it to everyone 👍. And of course i will return 👌.

Dar Hkaeim is a very nice traditional house listed on booking as a bed and breakfast guest house The owner Toutou was wonderful and cheerful. If you are looking for new adventure and want to discover new amazing places in Tunisia I recomend Dar hkaeim for you. you will never regret.

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et propre. L'endroit est calme car éloigné du centre touristique. Le petit déjeuner preparé par Majdi est excellent. Majdi est un hôte attentif et disponible, prêt à tout pour donner de bon conseils et nous rendre le séjour agréable.
