Great location - close to station, bars and centre. Pool and garden area was beautiful, food and drink was good price at pool bar. Breakfast good and hot food on menu was hot and quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean throughout and noise of traffic did not disturb us. We will return again next year.

Firstly the rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly the food was pretty good not much options though for large groups the walls are very thin so you can hear everything and the traffic from outside at night and in the early morning the lift is pretty slow but I do recommend staying here because it’s close to the main square

Starting with the positive points, the hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Facilities in room could be improved however. There were 2 teabags on our tea tray all week with no sugars or milk. There is a bar but on our first night we asked for a glass of red wine and they had none! I would have thought this was a reasonable request. We understood that we were visiting late season but when I asked if I could sit on the roof terrace, was refused as it was closed and the outdoor pool area was also practically inaccessible. Breakfast was very poor quality. Scrambled eggs ok but varying degrees of lukewarm and the sausages were just cold. Juice was poor quality and machine ran out often, as did the yoghurt machine. Disappointed as the hotel itself is very nice but these points let it down.

Hotel is in a great location for the centre of Sorrento, it is pretty basic but it's nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, all the cooked items we ordered were undercooked and not very appealing which was such a shame.

Stayed at Hotel Tourist for a night, very last minute booking. My room had everything I needed, was quite clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel is walkable from all the main attractions in Sorrento and very close to the train station. Easy experience all around.

Best points Clean hotel, towels changed and room cleaned daily. Good location, close to train and bus terminals. No noise heard in room. The safe and air conditioning included in price. Pool area pretty with citrus trees. Worst points Terrible breakfast, sometimes very little to choose from, even with an hour before end of service time. Ordered poached eggs on toast off of the menu, it was really inedible, water soaked toast, scum from eggs and water, eggs mush. Service awful, little or no interaction with guests. So awful it became funny, if you stay there see if you can spot Manuel (faulty towers). Pool bar drinks very expensive. Pool needed cleaning. On checkout we were greeted by the night porter/ reception, who was very accommodating and made a coffee for us. What a shame he was not around during the day. In all good value slightly unloved shabby hotel, don't book breakfast option

No wardrobes gurney waiter at breakfast everyone fine bar the manager who couldn't give a hoot when an elderly guest fell and banged his head due to a loose brick on a wall the managers reaction was we have insurance met Ange and Kenny High light of the holiday. Won't return Italians not all are rude unhelpful. Plus I've had a chest infection due to air con God knows when it was cleaned, also I've never been bitten so many times as this year never bitten at all infact. Need a proper holiday.

On arrival I thought yes OK but when got into room there was no wardrobes for storage single bed in room so I used that but hubby at live out of suit case plus 3 drawer bed side cabinet. There was a kettle but no milk sugar no milk I fridge. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat water pressure was useless. The restaurant was a joke I asked for English tea and waiter pointed over there asked for cup was told it was on table no cups on table waiter put his head in is hand and shook is head it was manwwl fro faulty towers. The food cereal and pastries all stale nothing fresh hubby ordered omelette I thought get omelette it was not even cooked. The best part of this hotel was meeting Jane and Jim❤❤ they made our holiday and coming home yahoos MY ADVICE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

We stayed for one night on a trip through the Amalfi coast. Everything was simply adequate. Clean. Rating the hotel 3 stars might be a bit generous. if it wasn’t for it being a ten minute walk from the centre it would cost less per night, you pay a premium for the adequate location.
